Righteousness

We, as Children of God, must Fulfill All Righteousness in Christ Jesus. We first, however, need to understand how. I have endeavoured to lay it out briefly below, but we all need a spiritual revelation, not simply intellectual understanding. So read this, brothers and sisters, read it carefully, but don’t take my word for anything. I can make mistakes too. Pray over it, compare it with scriptures, and wait for the Lord to reveal it to you personally. I assure you that what I have outlined below is the absolute truth, line upon line, precept upon precept, word upon word, but you need to let the Lord assure you through a Holy Spirit Revelation. Once He opens His Word to you, then nobody can take it away from you, or sway you into any compromise ever again.

Matthew 3: 13 Then cometh Jesus from Galilee to Jordan unto John, to be baptized of him. 14 But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15 And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

Jesus was perfect. He was standing there before his prophet as Jehovah God in human flesh. Yet he came to the man that he created and asked to be baptized of him. To the prophet this did not make any sense. What purpose could it possibly serve for creation to baptize the creator. The creator I say? Yes.

John 1:  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe. 8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. 9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

In the Lord Jesus Christ dwelled the fullness of the godhead bodily. Here was Jehovah God in flesh, demanding that a mere mortal sinner baptize him. When John, totally confused by this situation, asked why, Jesus said it was to “fulfill all righteousness”. That is a great answer, but what does that mean?

How does it fulfill all righteousness?

We need to take a step back. Everything that is created in the physical world is a replica of a spiritual counterpart. That idea is new to many people. But if you search the scriptures you will find that it is the absolute truth. In fact the Bible itself is actually the complete testimony of Jesus Christ; it is God in print.

Jesus told us that. But again that idea needs to be expanded upon. Let’s take an example from the Bible.

Joseph was a prophet, a very spiritual man. The Lord gave him dreams. He was loved of his father above all his brothers. His father loved him so much that he made him a special coat, a coat of many colours. His brothers were very jealous of him. They sold him out into slavery, to the Egyptians.

Jesus too was a prophet, a spiritual man, loved of the Lord above all. He was given a sign of the dove that he was the blessed one. Judas sold him out to the Romans.

Joseph ended up in prison, Jesus after his crucifixion went into hell. With Joseph were a baker and a butler. One man was saved and one man was lost. Jesus was on the cross with two thieves, one was saved and one was lost.

Joseph came out of prison to sit at the right hand of Pharaoh. No man come come to Pharaoh but through Joseph. Jesus sits at the right hand of God and no man can come to God but through the Lord Jesus Christ. When Joseph went into the city, a trumpet was blown and every knee had to bow to him. When Jesus returns at the last trump, every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.

Joseph took a gentile bride. Jesus has done the same. That Bride is the born again, spirit filled church. There was a remnant born to Israel after Joseph’s departure, Benjamin. Before Joseph revealed himself to his brothers, to the remnant, he first sent his gentile bride out. Before Jesus returns to Israel, to the 144,000 with Moses and Elijah, he will rapture his gentile bride home.

Joseph is a perfect type of Jesus Christ. His life, unknown to him at the time, was arranged by the Lord so that every step would reveal the Lord Jesus Christ. You can see Christ in every other scripture, in every other prophet. Ruth for example, is not just a random story of some woman, it is the entire plan of salvation for all mankind demonstrated through Boaz, the Kinsmen Redeemer of Ruth.

So then where does the baptism fit in? Jesus Christ was the Lamb of God, slain before the foundation of the world, slain for the sin of man. He is our sacrifice. John, playing the role of the priest, had to wash the sacrifice before it could be presented. John fulfilled all righteousness, he fulfilled the righteousness of God.

What does this mean for us today? In everything we do, in our churches, in our families, at our jobs, we must also fulfill all righteousness. We, as Christians, are the only Bibles many people will read. We, therefore, are also the living testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ to this generation.

We will all be held accountable for it! The Lord Jesus will judge us on it.

Have we fulfilled all righteousness? Have we in our lives fulfilled the Righteousness of God?

So now let us look again at some examples from the Bible. I mentioned that Jesus has taken a gentile bride. That is a strange thing to say isn’t it? But remember, as we saw earlier, every single thing physical in this universe is a type of something spiritual. Our marriages, the relationship between a man and his wife, and the children, are all a type of something far greater.

Jesus Christ the Lord is our Bridegroom. We the Church are the Bride. He is our head. He makes decisions for us. We the Church, do as he our Lord dictates. Now not to sound vulgar, but this is simple biology.

The Bridegroom puts his seed into the Bride, and she bares him children like unto himself. This is true in the physical and the spiritual. The children are the image of the Father.

Genesis 1: 11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good……24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

Notice the seed is after “his” kind. You see, God is the creator. The earth is the incubator. God is preeminent and above all. He does not share his glory. So the physical type to show God, must perfectly represent him. Therefore the seed MUST be carried by the male, the bridegroom.

So then what is the seed of God? God’s seed is His Word, Logos. God’s Word is a seed that carries the life, the spirit, of God. We are the Church, the Bride. The Lord puts his seed, his Word, into the Church, and the Church incubates Christians that are in the likeness and image of the Lord Jesus Christ. Our earthly human families have been designed by the Lord God to be the very image and expression of the relationship between the Lord Jesus Christ and the Church Spiritual.

This is why there are many things in the Bible that don’t make logical sense to many people. They are thinking carnally, and not spiritually. They are not looking at things through the lens of the Revealed Word of God for the Hour. Now does this scripture make more sense?

Ephesians 5: 22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. 24 Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything.

It has nothing to do with ability, or intelligence, or skills, or education, or anything else carnal. It is all simply to Fulfill All Righteousness. A woman that is filled with the Holy Spirit will rejoice to submit herself to her husband, as John rejoiced to baptize the Lord Jesus Christ. In so doing, she is not simply obeying the scripture, she is fulfilling all righteousness and being the same kind of testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ that the prophet Joseph was, and will receive equal reward.

Similarly on that note:

1 Timothy 2: 11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection. 12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was first formed, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

Are there women that are smarter than men, smarter than their male preachers? Absolutely, many of them. Are there women who are better public speakers? Of course there are. Are there women who have memorized scriptures better? Yes. Does the Lord God permit any of them to preach? No. Why? We just went over that. Men are the type of Christ in the relationship. Women are the type of the Church.

The seed is with the man!

Every seed after HIS kind. The seed is from the Lord. The Church lives by the Word of the Lord, not the other way around. And the Church cannot impregnate itself in the spiritual any more than a female can in the natural. The Lord, the Bridegroom sends his Word, his Seed, into the Church, and the Church incubates that Seed, that Word, producing children of God. Since the Seed comes from the male, the preaching comes from the male. It is the perfect type.

Once again, with a little revelation, any spirit filled born again Christian woman reading this will rejoice. She will realize that her submission has nothing to do with being a lesser person, but rather with identifying herself in the Word of God and fulfilling all righteousness. Sisters in Christ, never put yourselves down or allow anyone else to put you down for standing firmly in your place in Christ Jesus. Your reward is with HIM, and he shall reward you openly to the shame of the whole world.

And any ladies out there who are preaching, please, please pray over this and line yourself up with the word so that you too can fulfill all righteousness, identify Christ to the world, and receive the manifold blessings of being a living testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Now let me take a moment here to also relay that not all men are called to preach. In fact very few are. There are so few called to the ministry that the Lord told us to pray for workers.

Matthew 9: 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few. 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

You might be inclined to say “few? there is a televangelist on every TV station and a church on every corner”. Yes there indeed are. But how many of them have the commission of the Lord? Very, very few. That is what the Lord Jesus said. So men, before you get behind the pulpit, ask yourself why you are there. If you want to be there, then you should not be there. If it burns inside you and you have to do it even though you would prefer not too, then maybe you are called for it. If you have not had a supernatural event that led you there, stop and wait for one.

So now back to the idea of fulfilling all righteousness. Preaching only when you are called is one way. Preaching strict on the word is part of that.

But it is our lives that make the difference.

How do we know somebody is a Christian? Is it that they smile a lot? Do they carry crosses or pack Bibles everywhere?

Matthew 7: 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

That is pretty simple. So what are the fruits?

Galatians 5: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

Which fruits do you bear? Both types are listed here. I guarantee you that every single human being on this ball we call Earth displays one or the other. We are either bearing the fruit of the flesh, or the Spirit. And we can only bear the fruit of the Spirit IF the Spirit of God dwells in us. If we had the spirit of Mozart we would write beautiful music. If we had the spirit of Einstein we would be master physicists. If we have the Spirit of Jesus Christ then we will fulfill all righteousness.

So long as we are in the flesh we are not fulfilling any righteousness.

Romans 8: For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

That is a big chunk of meat, but the truth. The “righteousness of the law is fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”. If you are walking after the Spirit, led by the Holy Spirit of God, then you are fulfilling all righteousness. You are not producing it, you simply bear it. A sheep does not produce wool. It does not get up every morning and measure its wool and make a plan to get more. It does not even think of it. The sheep simply lives its life, eats grass, drinks water, takes a nap. And without a thought of it, the sheep bears the wool.

A Christian does not produce the fruit. A Christian does not think about how he or she should behave or react. A Christian simply lives the life of Jesus Christ and the fruits of the Holy Spirit of the Lord Jesus Christ are born naturally, and in many cases supernaturally, in their lives.

Those who have to plan and calculate “what a Christian would do” are Pharisees. These are the true legalists. They are disciplined. They are controlled. They are artificial, wolves in sheep skins. They live double lives. Outwardly they are sweet like sugar, but inwardly bitter and hateful. They will hold a grudge forever. They will destroy all those who are in their way. They will fleece the true sheep for every dime they can. The Bible speaks amply of these types.

But we are not concerned with them, we are concerned with the Children of the Living God. We are concerned with Fulfilling All Righteousness. We are concerned to do that which the Bridegroom commands of us, that we may, as Joseph of old, be a living testimony of the Lord Jesus Christ to our generation. We are concerned to edify the mystical body of Jesus Christ. We are concerned to be pleasing unto him.

Go forth in the power and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Go forth in the Revelation of the Message of the Hour.

Fulfill All Righteousness!

We Walk by Faith

We Walk by Faith, Not by Sight

The notes to the sermon I ministered on Sunday. The Lord led me to say so much more than what is written here, as I minister for well over two hours on this topic, but the notes should get the point across.

2 Corinthians 5: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

Walking on waterWe don’t walk by sight. We don’t walk by understanding. We don’t walk by education. We don’t walk by tradition. We don’t walk be creed. We walk by faith.

What is faith?

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Faith is a substance. Substance, from the Greek word hypostasis, meaning the essence, the trust, the underlying foundation. Faith is the thing upon which hope is built. Hope in itself is powerless. The world has hope. But it does not trust in that hope. The world knows there is no future in empty hope. People hope to win a lottery. They hope to live to be 100. But deep down they know it will not happen. They have no faith.

If we have faith, we have the essence, the underlying strength and foundation of hope. We have the earnest, the proof. Faith is not some esoteric concept. It is a genuine, spiritual entity. Our faith is the very evidence of that which we hope for. What we hope for exists, and our faith in it is the proof of that existence, for our faith in the Word of God is real.

Our hope is grounded by our faith.

2 Thessalonians 3: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.

Some men do not have faith. This is an important concept. If some men do not have faith, then that brings up some questions we need to answer.

  1. Why do they not have faith?
  2. Did they ever have faith?
  3. How do we get faith?
  4. Can we get faith?
  5. Can we lose faith?

1 Timothy 4: Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

So we see that the men who do not have faith have actually departed from faith. If they departed from it then they must have first had it. There are three questions answered. But let’s make sure.

Romans 12: For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

So indeed all men are given faith. The Lord has given to “every man” a measure of faith. That means Cain had a measure of faith. Judas had a measure of faith. You have a measure of faith. I have a measure of faith. Or at least at some point in time, every man had a measure of faith. But we see that we can lose that faith if we depart from it. So we can lose it, but we have to make the decision to lose it. What kind of decision would make us lose faith? How did Cain lose faith?

Matthew 25: 14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. 15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. 16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. 17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. 18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord’s money. 19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. 20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. 23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. 24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. 28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

The Lord went away. And the Lord gave to every man a measure of faith. That is what a talent is, a measure. And the Lord meted that measure according to the man’s ability. The Bible says that we will not be tempted greater than what we are able to bear and that the Lord will always make a way of escape. We get a measure of faith based on our ability to deal with it. To some he gave great mountain moving faith, to others, just a mustard seed of mountain moving faith.

Here we get another question answered. Some of the men took their talents and put them to work and gained more talents in return. If we put our faith to work, if we invest it properly, we will get more measures in return. So how do we put our faith to work? There are three ways.

Romans 10: 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The very first place to invest our faith is in hearing the word of God. Not hearing the words of man. Not in hearing a lecture. Not in hearing philosophy, or psychology, or creed, or dogma, or tradition, or stories. The first place to invest our faith, the place that will give us the greatest and quickest return on our investment, it to apply that faith to hearing the Word of God, the Revealed Word of God for the Hour. That is where you will gain faith. That is where you will double your measure. Hear the word of God!

Hebrews 4: For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

Unto us was the word of God preached. Unto them was the word of God preached. But it must be mixed with faith! We can sit and listen to preaching, we can sit at Jesus feet day and night for three and a half years, listen to him preach the word, and it would not profit us one bit if we do not invest our measure of faith into it. Judas is our prime example.

But in our age, look  how many have fallen away lately. They sat with us. They fellowshipped at our houses. They were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. They took the bread and wine at the Lord’s table! They sat and listened to preaching. They listened to tapes and can quote those tapes better than you and I combined. Some were even preaching this message! And they fell away! They are gone out into the world. They are gone out into denominationalism and trinitarianism. They have received the Mark of the Beast and don’t even know it! They are spiritually dead never to return! And it is all because when they heard the word of the Lord God, when they heard the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, when they heard the message of the hour, it was not mixed with faith! They failed to invest that measure of faith.

They have nobody to blame. They were given a measure of faith! Every single one of them was given a measure of faith, a talent of faith by the Lord Jesus Christ. Do you know how big a talent is? A talent of silver is 6,000 day’s pay. A talent of Gold is 180,000 day’s pay. The Lord was not cheap with them, nor with us. Every soul here was given at least one talent, some five talents, some ten talents.

What are you doing with that talent? Are you investing it? Or are you burying it?

The second way to invest your faith is to live it. Act upon God’s word. It is one thing to believe, it is quite another to live it.

James 2: 14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Faith without works is dead. Many will say that salvation is of faith and not of works. Amen! And they will also say, correctly that works don’t bring salvation. And again they will say that works don’t bring faith. Amen! But Faith will bring Works! If we truly believe and apply our measure of faith to that which we believe, that which we have heard of the Lord, then our faith will bring works in our lives.

John 10: 25 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.

John 10: 37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. 38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Jesus himself tells us plainly that we can know who he is by his works. His works show his faith. His works show who and what he is. And again he tells us:

Matthew 7: 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

By our fruit, by our works, we are known. We are not knows by our doctrines. We are not known by our testimonies. We are known by our fruit. We are known by our lives! Our works tell the whole world who and what we are, just as they told the whole world who and what Jesus was. The prophet once said I can’t hear your testimony because your life is speaking way too loud! Your works, my works, they tell the entire world who we are. As James wrote, with my works I show you my faith. Faith brings works. Without works our faith is dead for the fruit of the spirit is the works of the spirit. If a tree is dead, it does not bear fruit. If our faith is dead, there will be no works of faith in our lives.

Let us take a nice Biblical example to vet this out. Abraham. Everyone knows his story to some degree. He was an old man. The Lord came to him and made him a promise to give him a land and innumerable children etcetera. Now Abraham believed God. He absolutely believe the Word of God, the message of his hour. But what good would that have done him to believe and not put it to work? Believing was great. But it was when he mixed it with faith and put it into action that he received the promise.

Abraham could have believed every word and not acted upon it. We just read that the devils believe, and they certainly don’t act upon it. And Abraham, or Abram because the name change was part of the promise, would have died a childless, vagrant in the land of Ur.

Continuing on with James.

James 2: 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

Abraham believed every Word. Abraham mixed that word he heard with faith and it produced works. The works were the evidence that he had faith in what he had heard. What are our works?

The third way to invest our faith is to build upon it. Faith is the substance and the evidence. It is also the foundation. We absolutely need faith before we can move on spiritually. If we don’t have faith, we just read, it does not profit us one bit.

2 Peter 1: And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:

Faith is the foundation stone. All these other things are added to our faith. When we invest faith in our lives, in the word of God, in serving the Lord, we will add virtue to that faith. Then when virtue forms on our faith, we add knowledge, and then temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness and finally Agape Love.

This is preaching to the saved! Notice Peter says if we fail at this it is because we have forgotten that we were purged from our old sins. Those who fail at this are foolish virgins. They have faith, they are purged, but they fail to add to the faith. Faith is just the beginning!

So we see that we must have faith. We see that we were all given a measure of faith. We see that we can lose our faith if we depart from it. We see that hearing the word of God gives us more faith if we mix that word we hear with faith. We see that faith in the word will bring the works, or the fruit of the spirit. And we see that if we don’t have the fruit, it is a sign that our faith is dead and buried, like the man with only one talent. We see also that faith is the evidence of things not seen, the essence of our hope.

So now let us go a step deeper. What exactly is faith and how exactly does it work?

Solomon's Temple
Solomon’s Temple. Outer and Inner Courts guarding the Holiest of Holies.

The human being is a triune creature. We have a body, a soul and a spirit. We are living temples of the Lord God. The temple has an outer court, and inner court, and a holy of holies.

We connect with this physical world through five senses. That is our outer court. They are hearing, seeing, feeling, tasting and smelling. With these five sense we connect to the third dimension. We see someone in front of us. We hear them speak. We feel their handshake. That is the outside. We receive information from the outer court of our being through those five channels. And we can’t depend on them. They are outer. The devil will use those against us every time. Oh I feel sick. Oh it looks horrible. Oh it sounds terrible, or sweet, which ever way the devil is trying to trick you. Those are outer court events. Pain, sickness, hunger, are all outer court events. God does not deal through your outer court.

We have five senses that deal with our emotional realm. Conscience, memory, passion, affection, imagination are the senses of the inner court of your being. They can be just as easily tricked. They deal with the mind, the soul of the man. That is the inner court. You don’t imagine with the flesh. You don’t have affections in the flesh. Those are inside of you.

But then we get to the altar. We get beyond the veil. We get to the heart of the man. The veil hangs between the holy and the Holiest of Holies. Inside there is where the spirit of the Living God wants to dwell. Inside there is where Christ comes to sit on the mercy seat.

That is where Christianity is seated. We don’t become Christians in the outer court. We don’t become Christians in the flesh by attending Church service. We don’t become Christians by shaking hands. We don’t become Christians by reciting creeds. We don’t become Christians by speaking in tongues. Those are outer court events.

Nor do we become Christians by believing. We don’t become Christians by accepting creeds, or dogmas. We do not become Christians by believing the message. That’ll sting. Who believes and trembles? The devil! And he ain’t no Christian! Those are inner court events! Those are Old Testament events. Christ doesn’t dwell there! He is the High Priest! He has gone beyond the veil and sits in the Holiest of Holies.

1 Corinthians 12: 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

Does it say by one doctrine? Does it say by one denomination? Does it say by one preacher? Does it say by one organization? NO! By one spirit we are all baptized into one body! By one Spirit. By the Holy Spirit! When we are filled with the Holy Spirit, the Lord Jesus Christ comes and takes his seat in the Holiest of Holies. He breaks open the veil of our heart and takes his rightful position on the throne.

And how do we get that? It is to whomsoever will. All we have to do is want it, and apply our faith to the word that we hear. Act upon it in faith. When we hear Acts 2:38-39 that tells us to repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, we mix that word with the measure of faith that we were given and the fruit of the spirit, the act of water baptism takes place. We believe, we apply faith, and the Lord responds. Repent! Tear down the veil of your heart and let him in! Tear down the curtains of your own will and give place to the King of Kings in your heart! Apply your faith!

Then the Lord Jesus Christ will sit on the judgment seat in your heart. I knew a woman, nominal Christian, Pentecostal type. When she heard the message she rejected it. Then met some guy and got into an adulterous relationship with him. I ran into her a few months after that had happened and she said it didn’t bother her one bit to do it. Why didn’t bother her? Christ was not sitting on the judgment seat in her heart! It was empty.

When Jesus takes that place, you become a different person. Your flesh tells you to go do something you used to do, and something in your heart condemns you. You can’t do it now. That something is the Holy Spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus Christ enthroned in you.

But if you live like the devil on Saturday, and sing like an angel on Sunday, and it don’t bother you one bit, then I would wager that Christ simply isn’t in you yet. You might be purged of your old sins. But that judge has not taken his seat. Jesus Christ is missing.

But when Jesus is there you have a sacrifice on the altar. You have a place to go. You have a representation in Heaven. You have a mediator. You have an intercessor. You have a kinsmen redeemer who shed his own blood for your sins. You have a high priest in the Holiest of Holies. And you die daily for it is not you living any more, it is Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory living in you. You are a wild branch that has been grafted into the vine. His life in you bears the fruit. The works that he did will you do also because he is in you working through you.

Faith is the sixth sense. It is independent of all the others. We cannot see faith, nor hear it. Nor can we imagine it. It is completely independent. It is in the domain of the Holiest of Holies. The five senses were given us to contact the physical world. The five emotional senses were given us to control the mind. But Faith, that was given to touch the Soul, that is the only channel that the Lord God uses. Sure you will see visions. You will hear the Word. But without being mixed with Faith, it will not profit us. Balaam saw visions.

We either have faith, or doubt. Faith will contact the Holy Spirit. Doubt will block that contact. Doubt is unbelief. Doubt block the channel to God and thus separates us from God. What separates us from God? Sin.

Hebrews 11: But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

The only sin is unbelief! Without faith it does not matter what we say or do, we cannot please the Lord God. All our best intentions, all our righteous acts, all our loving, compassionate deeds, all the schools and hospitals we build, all the prisoners we visit, all the sick we attend, all the missions we go on, all the money we tithe and offer, all the children we love, will not and cannot please the Lord unless it is done in faith.

Everything else is an attribute of sin. Why did that woman I mentioned enter into that relationship? Why did it not bother her? Unbelief! Had she believed then she would never have done it, and if she did, she would have repented. But it did not bother her because she had no faith. And she had no faith because she departed from the faith and rejected the Lord.

Take Eve for an example. What was her sin? We would say adultery, but we know that adultery is an attribute of sin. Eve, like the woman I mentioned, did that because she did not believe. She heard the message of the hour preached to her by Adam, but that word was not mixed with faith. Before she ever touched the serpent, before she could believe his lie, she first had to disbelieve the word of God. It is the same for us today. Before you commit that act, before you accept a lie, you must first disbelieve the word of God.

Romans 14: 23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.

Whatsoever is not of faith is sin. Without Faith as we just read it is impossible to please the Lord. So now we see it in its full light. There it is. Sin is unbelief. Sin is the absence of faith. So if we build schools, churches and hospitals, if we donate to missions, no matter what we do, or how we do it, if it is not done in faith it is sin.

Brother are you saying it is sinful to build a hospital to help the sick? No I am not saying that, God is saying that. Whatsoever we do without faith is sin! If we come to church without faith, it is sin. If we sing a special without faith, it is sin. If we take the Lord’s supper without faith, it is sin. Whatsoever is not of faith, is sin! Jesus said so himself.

Matthew 7: 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

We sin when we depart from the faith. After we sin, then we commit the acts that we call sin. When we act without faith, it is sin, and our actions will be iniquity unto the Lord.

Let’s look at a carnal example to see where sin starts.

Imagine you go to your friend’s house. You sit on his couch and you notice a $20 bill in the cushion. You quickly look around and see that nobody is watching and you pocket that bill. That is theft. But what was the actual sin and when did it occur? You would have had to first disbelieve that the Lord was watching and taking notes. You would have had to then disbelieve that while you were doing it and thinking nobody was watching, that the Lord could have been showing the whole event to you buddy in a vision in the next room. You would also have to disbelieve that the payment that you would pay would be far greater than $20.

So when did the sin really happen? Was it the Sunday before when the preacher was pounding against sin and you thought, “maybe, Maybe not”. Was it on Monday when you had a tape on and the prophet said something so bizarre you couldn’t understand it so you passed it off? You plant an apple seed and harvest seven years later. Sin is the same. The seed of unbelief must be planted, and grow and then it bears fruits. By our fruits they will know us! And it does not matter how religious we are, without faith, it is all sin.

Yet, where there is faith, there is thus no sin.

1 John 3: Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Whosoever is born of God, whosoever is born again, whosoever is filled with the Holy Spirit, does not commit sin. Whosoever is born of God does not commit, unbelief! We will make mistakes till the day we leave this world. We will trip and fall daily, somehow, somewhere. That is why we die daily. But we do not commit SIN! We do not disbelieve the Word of God! Sin is unbelief. Unbelief is the opposite of Faith. When we disbelieve the word of God, then we do all those things of our flesh. Smoking, gambling etc are not sins, they are the fruit of sin. But the spirit behind those actions is unbelief. The real sin is the unbelief that leads us to act that way.

That is why all those who did what we would call good works, building hospitals, churches etc, without faith, did it all in sin. That is why the Lord called all their great and wonderful works, iniquity. Who is Timothy talking about  here?

2 Timothy 3: Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

They are religious. They have a form, a tradition, a creed, a doctrine of godliness, yet without faith. All their godliness is iniquity. Their very religion is sin! Faith is not a tradition. Faith is not a doctrine. Faith is not logic. Faith is not understanding. Faith is not intellectual. Faith is not physical. Faith is not emotional. Faith is spiritual! Faith does not require intelligence. Faith does not require an education. Faith does not require time.

John 6: 66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.

Did Peter or the other 11 have a clue of what Jesus was talking about here? There were just as mystified as the 70 that just turned and left. They were completely clueless. They had no intellectual understanding of it. They were not educated to it. They did not have time to make it a tradition. But they believed it. They had faith. They had no understanding of it, but they still had faith in that word. And they confessed their faith.

Faith is solely in the domain of the soul, in the Holiest of Holies. It is through faith that we contact the Lord. It is through Faith that he contacts us.

Now it is time to take the rest of Hebrews chapter 11.

Hebrews 11: By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: 10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God. 11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised. 12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. 15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. 16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city. 17 By faith Abraham, when he was tried, offered up Isaac: and he that had received the promises offered up his only begotten son, 18 Of whom it was said, That in Isaac shall thy seed be called: 19 Accounting that God was able to raise him up, even from the dead; from whence also he received him in a figure. 20 By faith Isaac blessed Jacob and Esau concerning things to come. 21 By faith Jacob, when he was a dying, blessed both the sons of Joseph; and worshipped, leaning upon the top of his staff. 22 By faith Joseph, when he died, made mention of the departing of the children of Israel; and gave commandment concerning his bones. 23 By faith Moses, when he was born, was hid three months of his parents, because they saw he was a proper child; and they were not afraid of the king’s commandment. 24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; 25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; 26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompence of the reward. 27 By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible. 28 Through faith he kept the passover, and the sprinkling of blood, lest he that destroyed the firstborn should touch them. 29 By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were drowned. 30 By faith the walls of Jericho fell down, after they were compassed about seven days. 31 By faith the harlot Rahab perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace. 32 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: 33 Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions. 34 Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. 35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: 36 And others had trial of cruel mockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: 37 They were stoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; 38 (Of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth. 39 And these all, having obtained a good report through faith, received not the promise: 40 God having provided some better thing for us, that they without us should not be made perfect.

They without us could not be made perfect. We need that same faith. We need rapturing faith. The prophet admonished us in 1950 when he said If we haven’t got faith enough for healing of our bodies, how you going to go in the rapture? ‘Cause this mortal must take on immortality”
50-0808 – Healing And What Sickness Is
The faith that heals us, is the faith that delivers us, is the faith that saves us, is the faith that raptures us. Get rapturing faith! Faith is the only avenue through which the Lord will deal with us. You and I cannot come to the Lord through a man, not even a prophet. We cannot do it through a church. We cannot do it through a doctrine. We cannot do it through a tradition. The one and only avenue to contact the Lord and to have him contact you, to receive anything from him is faith. And every single person was given a measure so in the end we will have no excuse.

Matthew 9: 20 And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment: 21 For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole. 22 But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

What made that woman whole? Was it because she touched his robe? Was it because he spoke to her? What made him speak to her? The thing that made him speak to her is the thing that healed her. It was not the body of Jesus Christ for we are told that he was thronged by people. She contacted him through faith, and he spoke back to her and healed her through her faith. He said it himself “thy faith hath made thee whole”.

Does anyone need to be made whole this hour? Is anyone sick, in pain, oppressed? Does anyone have a need of any kind? Ignore what you see. Ignore what you feel. Trust only in the Word of God. Touch him through Faith. Reach out and touch him. Mix your faith with this blessed word of God and touch him. Reach out in faith right now and be made whole.

Walk by FAITH!

And the Darkness Comprehended it Not

And the Darkness Comprehended it Not

These are the notes from a sermon I preached a couple of weeks ago here in St. John’s Newfoundland.

The Light of the World
Jesus, The Light of the World

John 1: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

“and the darkness comprehended it not”.

Every Biblical doctrine has its origin in Genesis. So let’s start in Genesis and piece it all together.

Genesis 1: 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

Notice here that the Lord brought the light. Then it said he separate the light from the darkness. He divided it. If he had to divide it then light and darkness must have at one time be together. There is a spiritual side to every physical entity. The Lord created light, and then separated it from the darkness. Keep hold of that thought as we proceed.

Every Bible doctrine also has its harvest in Revelation.

Revelation 22: 5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

There is no more darkness in the New Jerusalem. There is no more night. Day and night are used spiritually throughout the Bible in conjunction with light and darkness. In the New Jerusalem there is no darkness whatsoever. God had created light in, and separated light from darkness in Genesis. Then in Revelation we find that darkness was not only separated from the light, it was banished altogether.

While it is true that the Bible speaks of physical light and darkness, we all know that the Bible also speaks in types and shadows, in allegories and metaphors and symbols. The light that the Lord created in the beginning was the light of revelation. Darkness is an absence of revelation, it is unbelief.

1 John 1: 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

The Lord God is light and life and revelation. There is no unbelief, no evil, no darkness in him. He is pure light. Nothing is hidden in light. Satan on the other hand is the prince of darkness. But he was not always that way. He had a much brighter beginning.

Isaiah 14: 12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! 13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: 14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. 15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Lucifer was his name. In the Hebrew he was called “helel, the shining one”, the light bearer. Satan was the light bearer. He was God’s right hand man in heaven. God created light, then separated, divided the light from the darkness in Genesis. When the devil decided to make his own kingdom, to usurp the authority of the Lord, then the light was taken from Lucifer, forever. He was darkness, a liar and a murderer from the beginning and the father of it. He was given the most grand opportunity and he rejected it. The darkness in him tried to swallow up the light. The Lord cast him, and his band of demons, into darkness. The light was separated from the darkness. Forever.

Ephesians 5: 13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

The light reveals. It exposes. Where the light is shone, the darkness flees. The two can no longer coexist. When there is no light, there will be darkness all around. But when the light shines, the darkness flees. When the light shines, the darkness will try to hide. That is why there are shadows; the darkness cannot face the light and hides. The natural types the spiritual. And the light reveals even that which is in darkness. This is why the devil hates revelation for Holy Ghost revelation does not just manifest the truth, it reveals the lies. The Pharisees and Sadducees in Jesus’ day hated him, not because he bore the truth, but because he revealed their lies, their darkness. The very presence of his light exposed their darkness. It is the very same thing today.

When a Christian, born again and filled with the Holy Spirit of God is in the room, their light will expose the darkness of the enemy. Your testimony, your very life, will expose the darkness in the world. Why did Cain kill Abel?

1 John 3: 12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

Cain’s works were evil, darkness, but it was not until Abel’s works came that Cain’s were exposed. Cain could not feel comfortable in the presence of Abel. The light that was in Abel through revelation exposed and condemned Cain. Once Cain murdered Abel, he thought the light had been put out. He of course was wrong.

They killed Jesus for the same reason. Why did the denominations hate the prophet? He wasn’t stealing members, he wasn’t taking money from them. He was actually building up their memberships because when he came to town and souls were saved, he sent them to the local churches to fellowship. But the light that was in him, the light of Jesus Christ in the prophet, manifested their darkness. Marvel not my brethren if the world hates you too.

Isaiah 60: 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the Lord shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee.

In our day there is a darkness that covers the earth. And the people will be a gross darkness. The only presence of the Lord upon the earth is in the Bride. The Bride is small, and the world is growing and getting ever darker. Remember that darkness and light cannot coexist anymore? Note too that the world is darkness.

John 14: 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Why can the world not receive the Holy Spirit? The world cannot receive the Holy Spirit because darkness and light cannot coexist. In order to receive the Holy Spirit our hearts must be free and clean from the things of the world. If there is any of world in our hearts then we have darkness in our hearts. And if we have any darkness in our hearts, the Holy Spirit cannot dwell there.

1 John 2: 15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

If we love the world, “Cosmos” in the Greek. The world is not the earth, it is the “Cosmos”, the culture, the society, the fads, the fashions, the creeds, the politics, the trends, the philosophy, the political correctness etcetera. If we love the world or the things of the world then we have darkness in our hearts, and that darkness will prevent the light. If there is any darkness in us, then by default there is no light. Light and darkness cannot coexist. If we love the world or the things of the world, then the light of the Father is not in us. Let’s look at what the Lord Jesus said about it.

Matthew 6: 23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

If we have any darkness in us then our entire being will be full of darkness. If there is darkness then there can be no light at all. So if what we think is light is actually darkness, then that darkness is great indeed. And this is why we have a world full of darkness and gross darkness the people. The church today thinks it is the light of the world, but the Bible says here that it is in gross darkness. There is no light in it at all.

Darkness will produce darkness. Light will produce light. The two cannot coexist. Thus Jesus tells us there that we can tell what is in a person by what comes out of a person. We can tell ourselves by what comes out of us too. That makes perfect sense. If I pour from a bottle and catsup comes out, I am not going to say it is a mustard bottle. That would be insane at best. So then how can we look at a person from whom things come out that are completely contrary to the Word of God, and say that they are spiritual? Or do as the world does and call Christians who are believing and living this message as evil. They call Brother Branham a devil. Shows that they are insane. Shows the level of darkness.

Revelation 3: 14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

This letter is directed at the church. Now we read earlier that Jesus Christ is the light of the world. Look where Jesus is standing today. Is there any light in the Laodicean Church? Then it is gross darkness. It says plainly that the church is blind. Why is the church blind? There is no light! They are in darkness because they have not cleansed themselves of the world. As long as we allow darkness we prevent the light. But when we accept the light, the message of the hour, the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, his glorious light will chase out every shadow of darkness.

Let’s look at the parable of the ten virgins with this idea.

Matthew 25: Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not.

Notice here that there are ten virgins. They are all virgins, bride material. They are thus all pure. To be pure our sins must be forgiven. For our sins to be forgiven, according to the Bible, we must repent and be baptized in full immersion in water in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. So who are these ten virgins? Message people. The denominations cast off the message, along with the proper baptism.

But there are two distinct groups here. One has oil and the other does not. One half of this group of virgins is filled with the Holy Spirit, the other half is not. Five of them are holy, five are justified and sanctified, but not holy.

They all have lamps, which the prophet told us is a testimony. The lamps are lit. Well that means there is light. There is revelation. There is an anointing. But remember where the fire is burning. It is on the outside of the lamp, not on the inside. The light here is external. It is an anointing. The rain falls on the good ground and bad. The sun shines on the wheat and tares. The anointing of the Holy Spirit falls equally on all. The prophet showed us that throughout the Bible as being so. Remember even Judas came back rejoicing that he had cast out devils, and he himself a serpent seed devil. The anointing fell upon him in the same way it fell upon Peter to whom Jesus gave the keys.

So they all had the revelation and an external anointing from the Light of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Remember we just read in John 14 that Jesus told us the Holy Spirit would dwell with us (the anointing), and (conjunction) shall be in us (filling). They are two separate manifestations. In one manifestation he dwells with us and anoints us and draws us to the Lord Jesus Christ. In the second part of the manifestation he indwells us after that he has justified and sanctified us. He draws us to the light, casts out our darkness, then he lights us from within.

They all had the message of the hour. But five did not go on to receive the Holy Spirit. They had no oil. And when the revival era ended, they realized that the light was external. They realized that they had an anointing but no filling. They realized that they were in pitch darkness. They didn’t even know where to look for oil for the light had gone out. Revelation had ceased. So they turned to their brothers and sisters in search of the filling, but it was too late.

Five however had light on the outside, and light on the inside. The oil was the source of the light. It was the oil that was burning. The Holy Spirit is what was giving the light of that revival era. Those that are full of oil are the true light of this world for they are Jesus Christ in human flesh. They are the Bride.

But if we don’t rid ourselves of worldliness. If we don’t separate ourselves from the things of the world, then we will have darkness in our hearts, we will be empty of oil, and living off the outward anointing. There are many types of worldliness. There is the music, the fashion, the culture, and even religion. Religion is the worst. Remember in the last days the lie would be so close to the truth as to deceive the very elect if it were possible. You won’t be fooled by rock and roll. You won’t be fooled by mini-skirts. The devil won’t come to you with a horse tail and a pitch fork. He will come to us with a message tract in one hand and the Bible in another. But he won’t live it! AMEN! There is no light in him to live it with.

Now how does this all manifest in life? Let’s look at Abraham for an example.

Abraham had a nephew named Lot. The Lord came to Abraham and told him all that he was doing. Three messengers came to Abraham. One stayed with him, and the other two went down into Sodom to preach to Lot.

Abraham knew of his messenger. He also know of Lot’s messengers. Lot knew nothing of the messenger that was sent to Abraham alone. Did you catch that Bride?

William Branham was sent to the Bride. Oral Roberts and Billy Graham were sent to Sodom. We were told all about that. But the world, the denominational churches were told nothing of William Branham. Notice the prophet spoke of the other two on many occasions, yet you never hear the other two speak of the prophet. The light of the message is only for the Bride. The world is a darkness and the people a gross darkness, but the Bride is a different seed.

1 Thessalonians 5: But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.

We are the children of the day. You are the children of the day. We are surrounded by light. Day and night remember were divided by the Lord in Genesis. Thus the children of the day are also divided from the children of the night. It is the light that is in us through the Holy Spirit, through the Word of God, through the message of the hour that divides us from them. We don’t leave people, we don’t shun people, they shun us. And the light, the message, is divided from the dogmas and creeds. The Bride is divided from the denominations. The wheat shall not be heir with the shuck. The children of the promise shall not be heir with the children of the bond woman.

2 Corinthians 6: 14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

There it is! What communion hath light and darkness? NONE! The Lord divided the light from the darkness way, way back in the beginning. You are the temple of God. Not this building. This building will burn one day with the rest of the world. The temple of God is the people. Each of us is a “lively stone”, the Bible says, fit together to from the temple of the Living God. You are the temple of God and you have no communion with idols. You are the light and not the darkness. You are Mrs. Jesus Christ.

In Israel in the days of the Old Testament, there was a party held every fifty years called the jubilee. At the jubilee the trumpet was blown and when you heard that as a slave you could walk free. If, however, for some reason that totally escapes me, you liked being a slave you could refuse and then your ear was pierced and you would be a slave for eternity.

2 Thessalonians 2: 10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

After the crucifixion, fifty days after, our jubilee trumpet was sounded at Pentecost. Today the message of the hour sounds clear in each age. Those who receive that message walk free forever. Those who reject that message are taken to the post and their ear is pierced by the devil and they will never hear that trumpet call again. They will receive a strong delusion that they will believe a lie. They wilfully reject Jesus Christ, they become willful sinners.

And the world is a darkness and gross darkness the people. When we reject the light, darkness overtakes us. When we turn from the light, we turn to darkness. When we close our eyes to the light, we become blind. The Laodicea Church was sent the brightest light in all history. We have the privilege of knowing more than the prophets did, for the things that we were told were hidden mysteries to them, sealed unto the end of the world. We are privileged in this day to have the greatest light in all history, yet today we have the darkest world in all history as well. The light is truly divided from the darkness.

2 Corinthians 4: But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

The light is hidden to the darkness. The light shines and the darkness comprehended it not. When the light shines, the world rejects it, and the “god of this world”, satan, blinds the minds of the people. He shuts them down so they will never receive revelation. He fills their hearts and minds with darkness, and once the light is blocked out, the darkness becomes a gross darkness.

Many people have predestination backwards. The Lord offers salvation to all, but to those who reject it, the devil blinds them to it. It is the devil that condemns us, through our own foolishness. Don’t ever blame the Lord. He even came to Cain personally and spoke lip to ear to him and Cain still rejected the light. Then satan marked him. Satan blinded him. Satan pierced his ear. That my brothers and sisters is the mark of the beast. It ain’t no tattoo as they believed 50 years ago, it ain’t no credit card like they believed 25 years ago, it ain’t no computer chip implant as they believe today. The mark of the beast began in Eden and is already here today. And today there are literally hundreds of millions of people who have received the mark of the beast and don’t even know it.

It is mind boggling that people will think they are Christians, think that they are serving God, and all the while worshiping the devil. Without light though, it is impossible to see. The darkness is a spiritual blindness. It renders the person incapable of telling right from wrong. It makes it impossible for the person to know the truth from a lie. And they will swallow up the lie because it pleases their flesh. It makes logical sense to them. Light is revelation and without revelation, we simply cannot understand the most basic things of the Lord.

The example I like to use is baptism. Why? Because it is one of the first things that the Lord will reveal to you. It is written in black and white and requires no “interpretation” of any kind. You simply read it. Yet when you bring Acts 2:38 to a denominational church goer, they don’t understand it. They simply cannot. If we cannot understand something written so plainly, then what hope do we have to understand the deep things of God? The darkness is gross indeed.

The seal of God is the Holy Spirit. The seal of God is light. The mark of the beast is perpetual darkness.

Ephesians 5: For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. 12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. 13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.

Darkness. Doubt. Unbelief. We were all in darkness before the light was shone to us. When we saw the light, we rejoiced and received it. We received it as an anointing that led us to the source of the light, which is the Lord Jesus Christ. We received it as an indwelling after that the light cleansed us from our darkness. The light cast out the darkness, separated us from the darkness. Be careful to avoid the darkness.

Remember how the Bible likens Jesus to the sun and the Bride to the moon. He is the source of the light. We reflect his light onto the earth in the night time. The night is the darkness that covers the earth, in which time we are. The Lord separates, divides the light from the darkness. The darkness reject the light.

Did you ever hear of sun spots? They are large black spots on the surface of the sun. They block the light at the source. The church is suffering from sin spots today. We have let the bars down and let worldliness into our ranks. A little here and a little there. A little clear nail polish. A little professional sports maybe. A Christmas tree. A thing that the Bible clearly forbids and calls a heathen idol and we will have the gall to put one up in church next to the altar! Sin spots! How can the light of Christ shine through that? Clean it out! Get rid of that Babylonian garment and that wedge of silver. Clean the camp Saints. It’s lamp trimming time. Make sure you don’t have any black sin spots between you and the Lord.

Sin spots. The light shines to us. The Word shines and says “by my stripes you are healed”, and a sin spot jumps up and says “oh but this is a rare cancer”. The light says we shall have prophecy, then the sin spot steps in the way and says “that was only for the prophet”. The light shines and says “you are forgiven” and the darkness jumps in and says “but what I did was soooo bad”. Sin spots. Unbelief. Get rid of it. The Bible says “resist the devil and he shall flee from you”. Don’t let those sin spots block out the light.

Matthew 13: 58 And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.

Jesus Christ the Lord of Glory walking through a town in Israel. The very Lord God of heaven and earth standing there in flesh before them and he could not work any miracles. The brightest light that ever was stood there shining before them and their hearts were so dark that the light could not shine to them. The light was shining and their sin spots blocked it out.

People wonder why there are no miracles in the churches. This is why. Darkness is getting in the way. The darkness is blocking the light. The churches have pushed the light out and wonder why the light is not working. There is darkness in the preachers. Blind leaders of the blind. There is darkness in the benches. So they make excuses for the fact that the Lord is not with them. They have rejected the light. They are heady, high-minded lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, but denying the very power thereof. They are extremely religious yet blindly walking in total, absolute, darkness.

They think they are worshiping the Lord God, and yet don’t even know who, or what, he is. Trinity? They don’t even know what the Lord God is, let alone who. Darkness!

We are so privileged that the Lord has opened our eyes to the light, else each and every one of us would be exactly the same. We are as we are because the Lord has revealed the truth to us, and given us open eyes and believing hearts to receive it. We are saved by grace.

Mark 4: 11 And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: 12 That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

Unto you, and to you alone, Saints of God, by the grace and mercy of the Almighty Lord God Jehovah, it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of God. To you and to you alone has the Holy Spirit revealed the nature and identity of the Lord Jesus Christ. You alone have been given the understanding of the godhead through spiritual revelation. No man has revealed it u nto you, but the Father in heaven has revealed it unto you.

Unto you, Mrs. Jesus Christ it is given the message of the hour. It is not for the world. They as Lot, as the men of Sodom, were never even to know about it. Melchesedic never visited Sodom, never visited Lot. Unto you, Saints, is given revelation. It is completely hidden to the world. It is hidden to the denominations. Yet with revelation alone comes salvation. For unto you is given light in the darkness. That light will divide you out of the world. That light will separate you from your church, your religion, your philosophy, your family, your politics, your traditions, your creeds, your cultures, and all your other darkness.

The world will never receive revelation. The serpent seed will never receive revelation. The world will remain wilfully blind to the light and the god of this world, the devil, will seal them with the mark of the beast. A darkness is covering the whole world, and a gross darkness the people.

There was darkness upon the earth in Genesis when the Lord started his work. There was a darkness when light was created. That same darkness has returned as the light is about to go out upon this earth. Brothers and sisters when we leave this world in the rapture there will be absolute darkness on the earth. There will be no presence of the Lord God whatsoever upon this earth outside of Israel. It will be a total, complete blackout. Today we are the light of the world, and the Holy Spirit of God in us is the source of that light. Walk in the light! Be that light to others.

The Bible tells us clearly that Jesus Christ is the light of the world. Jesus Christ is the Word of God made flesh. The message of the hour is the revelation of the Word of God. The message of the hour is the light of the word. The Holy Spirit is the source of that light, it is the oil in the lamps of our hearts. It is the Spirit and the Life in the Word. Make sure your lamp is full and don’t let any sin spots rise up to block your light.

There was darkness. Then the Lord said let there be light. Then the Lord separated the light from the darkness. In the end, the darkness will be banished and there will only be light.

The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness comprehends it not.

Amen!

Every Seed After His Kind

“Every Seed After His Kind”

Every Fruit Bearing the Original Seed

The Rain Falls on the Wheat and the Tares
The Rain Falls on the Wheat and the Tares

Genesis 1:11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

May the Lord add his blessing to the reading of the word.

A little text this morning if it would be alright with everyone is “every seed after its kind, and every fruit bearing the original seed”. We will see, by the grace of God this morning how everything comes full circle.

When God created the universe he invoked a number of laws by which the natural universe would run. Some of these are spoken of in the Bible while others aren’t. These laws are definite, unbreakable laws. Most of us have heard of some of the basic natural laws: the law of gravity, we have the four laws of thermodynamics, we have Einstein’s law of relativity E=mc2 etc. These laws were ordained of God to run the machine of the Universe. Another one of the natural laws is the law of biological reproduction, which, as we just read, states that every seed comes after his kind. Cows produce cows and ducks produce ducks etc.

How many reading here know that everything natural is a type or metaphor for something spiritual? So we see that God ordained natural laws and spiritual laws. As the natural laws are unbreakable in the natural universe, so too are the spiritual laws unbreakable in any universe. You might say of course the spiritual law can be broken because to break the law is sin. But the law is more than a commandment, the law is a commandment PLUS a punishment. Two separate components, a commandment and a punishment. That is how Jesus fulfilled the law. He said he did not come to destroy the law but to fulfill it and he fulfilled it by taking the punishment part upon himself, the commandment part is still upon us. The law remained, only now it is fulfilled.

For instance God told Adam and Eve not to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil (commandment part) for the day you eat thereof you shall surely die (punishment part). Adam and Eve did not break the law, they transgressed it. The law remained intact for they surely did die, and they did surely die within one spiritual day; a day in heaven being as one thousand years. And not only them but there has not been one single human being in history to live for an entire day of 1000 years. The law of God, while transgressed, remains intact and unbroken to this day.

In our scripture we read how God created a set of laws of reproduction. We see that for each plant, for each herb, for each animal etc we have the law of reproduction stating that every seed is brought after his kind. As a side note notice that it says his kind not its kind signifying that the life in the seed comes from the male, or more exactly its father. We’ll see that show up later. Every seed is after its kind and every fruit bearing the original seed.

We take an apple seed this morning and plant it in some good earth. After a few days it springs up with a sprout that looks nothing like the original seed but the life from that seed is in the sprout and the sprout carries that life. Then after a while a leaf appears, then a bud springs forth, then in a few years it bears fruit. Even the fruit can look nothing like the original seed that we planted but if we look inside of the fruit we will see a seed that looks exactly like the seed you first planted years ago. The life in the new seed is the exact same life that was in the seed we originally planted.

The law of reproduction holds true. We will see that there is a spiritual side to that law that holds equally true. The spiritual law is as perfect and unfailing as the natural law.

Now the world talks of evolution. Evolution states that every seed is after a different kind. Evolution tells us that if we plant an apple seed, we will get an orange tree. Evolution tells us that every seed comes as a mutation, or a perversion of the original seed. Who is the perverter? Satan! The Devil. Evolution is not a theory, it is a lie that deifies Satan and makes him, the perverter, into the creator and father of all life on the planet. Did you realize that? Evolution is a lie, period. Evolution is from the bottomless pit. We will also come to see today how the devil uses the same lie of evolution on a spiritual level.

Matthew 7: 16 You shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree brings forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree brings forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that brings not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

Here we see Jesus himself showing us the law of reproduction from Genesis as a spiritual law. A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit. An apple tree cannot give you a pomegranate, an orange tree cannot give you a watermelon, thorns don’t give grapes and thistles cannot give figs. Why? Because the life in the tree comes from the life in the seed that was originally planted, and the life in the fruit comes from the life in the tree. Do you see it? When you plant an apple seed, you plant an apple LIFE that will grow into an apple tree, with apple leaves and apples bark and bear apples with the same seed and life you first planted. The life of the apples seed is in every cell and fiber of the apple tree. The bark of the apple tree has life from the apples seed. The leaf on the apple tree has life from the seed. If you have a growing seed in your heart the life from that seed will permeate every cell of your body, every thought of your mind, every desire of your heart.

If a corrupt seed is planted a corrupt tree must grow and a corrupt fruit must be produced. If a good seed is planted then a good tree must grow and a good fruit must be produced. If the Revealed Word of God for the hour is planted into your heart then a Godly life will grow and a Godly fruit will be produced in your life. If a perverted Word is planted in your heart then a perverted life will grow and a perverted fruit will be produced in your life. Don’t miss this part. The fruit carries the original seed. You will never cut open an apple and find an orange seed growing in there. Am I making sense to everyone? We just had a baby a couple of months ago. People ask “what did we have?”. There are only two answers they are expecting: boy or girl, not dog or cat.

This is vital so let me go over it slowly. Every seed carries life in it. If there is no life then the seed cannot grow. The life that is in the seed is special and unique to that particular seed. Remember every seed after his kind. The seed that is planted has a certain, particular, unique life in it. That life is then carried by the tree and deposited into the fruit where the original seed with that same original life is reproduced to be replanted elsewhere. So I plant one apple seed and a few years later I harvest a hundred apples, each of which has ten seeds. So I start by planting one seed and ten years later I have not only the fruit of that seed but I have that selfsame original seed with the same original, particular unique life reproduced exactly 1000 times over.

If I plant a denominational seed into your heart today, and it takes root, then a denominational life will grow, and a denominational fruit will be produced, and a denominational seed will be reproduced through you exactly like the one I planted. If I plant a Baptist seed into your hearts this morning and it takes root then your life will be a Baptist life, with Baptist fruit reproducing Baptist seed. If I plant a Catholic seed this morning, you will have a Catholic life with Catholic fruit and Catholic seed. But if I plant a Word Seed this morning, the life of the Lord God, the Holy Spirit, in that Word of God will produce a Godly life, a Godly fruit and a Godly seed in you.

It is impossible for me to plant a Baptist seed and have you to produce a Catholic life. It is equally impossible for me to plant a denominational seed of any kind and have you produce a godly life, a godly fruit, or a godly seed. The denominational churches say they are trying to produce Christians but they are not planting the right seed. How can I be an apple farmer if all I plant are broccoli seeds? If I plant broccoli seeds I will harvest broccoli. I would look pretty silly showing up at the fruit packers with a hundred bins of broccoli and telling them I got Spartans. How can a church produce born again spirit filled Christians when it is not planting the right born again spirit filled Christian seed? A denominational seed can only produce a denominational person. A Muslim seed can only produce a Muslim person. A Buddhist seed can only produce a Buddhist.  If you want to produce a Christian then you have to plant Christian seed. The only Christian seed is the Word of God!

Matthew 13: 24 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26 But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27 So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28 He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29 But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

We have many seeds planted today in the world. We have many seeds planted today in the message. God is planting his seed but the devil is also planting tare seeds. A tare seed can only produce a tare. A wheat seed can only produce wheat. Be careful of what seed you are planting in your heart and in the heart of others. Be very, very careful. Do you know what seed is in you? Do you know what is growing inside you? Do you know what life you are carrying inside you right now? That life that is planted in your heart and is growing is bearing fruit that is reproducing the original seed that was planted. The seed is growing and yielding forth fruit and seed right under your nose. Your life reveals it. What do you think is happening to that reproduced seed?

This is so vital. Is everyone up to speed with what I am trying to bring? Is this making sense so far? Let us go a step deeper.

When a seed is planted it grows and carries the original life with it into the fruit where the original seed is reproduced exactly. Then that seed is spread and takes root in others and the process repeats itself. If we plant a doctrine this morning, a spiritual seed into your heart, and it takes root, it will grow and bear the fruit of that doctrine. Then the original doctrine which was the original seed will first bare the fruit of that doctrine and then come forth from you and be planted in others. Here is the critical point. The life in the seed is the spirit from which the doctrine came.

The life in the Word of God is the Holy Spirit. Jesus said “my words are spirit and life”. When you hear the Word of God and it takes root in your heart, then the life in the Word, the Holy Spirit, will lead you to produce godly fruit and that fruit will carry the original seed, which is the Word, and the life of that seed, which is the Holy Spirit to others. Without the Holy Spirit the Word is a dead letter. The life in the Word is the Holy Spirit.

Every doctrine, belief, teaching, dogma idea etc is a seed. Every seed has life. The life in the seed is the spirit from which the seed came. Remember, a word is a though expressed. So every word, every doctrine, originated with a though. That thought originated in a spirit. Any doctrine or teaching or belief that does not line up perfectly with the word of God is not of God. It did not come from the thoughts of God. If it is not of God then it cannot have the life of God in it. If it is not of God then it MUST have another life in it.

God told Adam and Eve not to eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil. That commandment was a seed and the Holy Spirit was the life in that seed. The serpent came with a different seed. His seed was of the devil and had the devil’s life in it. His seed was that you will not surely die but be changed to be smart like God. The life in the devil’s seed was the devil. Eve received the seed of God then she received the seed of the serpent. She let the seed of the serpent grow in her and it bore fruit of that seed which was adultery, and then that fruit reproduced the original seed, the doctrine that the fruit was good to eat, which she then planted in Adam.

It all comes full circle. A seed is planted, it grows in the heart, it produces fruit from the life of the seed, and then that very same seed is reproduced in the fruit bearing the original life and is then replanted in another. Weeds grow way faster than wheat. How long does it take for a gossip to travel? How quickly does a denomination move grow? Look at Scientology. Look at Jehovah’s Witnesses. Look at Islam, they have about two billion followers and 99.999999999999% don’t even know they are worshipping the moon.

The devil has two methods of destroying the seed of God. We just heard of the first one, planting tare seeds to choke out the wheat. But he has another sinister plan in the works. He directly attacks the vine of God before the fruit can come. If you hack at the branch and don’t let the fruit come then you will never get the original seed reproduced and carried forth.

Matthew 13: 1 The same day went Jesus out of the house, and sat by the seaside. 2 And great multitudes were gathered together unto him, so that he went into a ship, and sat; and the whole multitude stood on the shore. 3 And he spoke many things unto them in parables, saying, Behold, a sower went forth to sow; 4 And when he sowed, some seeds fell by the way side, and the fowls came and devoured them up: 5 Some fell upon stony places, where they had not much earth: and forthwith they sprung up, because they had no deepness of earth: 6 And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7 And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: 8 But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some a hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold.

Notice here that the seed is being spread. The Word of God is being preached and it is being heard. Some fell by the way side and the devil rooted it up before it could spring up. The devil will sit beside you here while you are reading, or in church on Sundays, and try to take away the word out of your ears. Some might walk out of a church service and not have a clue what was spoken. Sound strange? I have witnessed it on many occasions. Next Sunday after church ask people what was preached. You will be astonished at how many cannot tell you. Can you imagine coming out of a movie theater and not being able to tell someone what the movie was about? Try it and see. There will be some there who were by the wayside and the word that was preached will be gone from them at the door.

Then if the Word does take root, Satan will try to kill it before it bears fruit. He doesn’t care if you have the letter in your mind because without the fruit you will not have a living word to give to another. Without the life and the fruit all you will have to give to another is a dead letter that will kill them. You will be a hypocrite and a stumbling block to them. How many of them have you met? The devil will use the cares of this life and persecution to keep the planted seed from growing in you to bring fruit.

Here is the thing. Once the fruit is ripe, it does not matter how much you try to destroy it, the seed remains intact. Once an apple is ripe you can smash it with a baseball bat and all you will do is spread the seeds. The devil knows he has to get to the tree before the fruits come. Remember what we read earlier that once the fruits come, then follows the harvest. Remember Stephen? His fruit was ripe and even while they were stoning him to death, that living seed spread to Saul of Tarsus. That seed took root in Saul and eventually grew to bear fruit in him and spread more seed.

Joel 1: 1 The word of the LORD that came to Joel the son of Pethuel. 2 Hear this, ye old men, and give ear, all ye inhabitants of the land. Hath this been in your days, or even in the days of your fathers? 3 Tell ye your children of it, and let your children tell their children, and their children another generation. 4 That which the palmerworm hath left hath the locust eaten; and that which the locust hath left hath the cankerworm eaten; and that which the cankerworm hath left hath the caterpillar eaten.

If the devil is successful he will prevent the planted seed from bearing the fruit and reproducing the original word seed. He will send one thing after another against you. He does not want the fruit to bear because he knows once the fruit is ripe that the seed will be spread. The fruit carries and reproduces the original seed with the original life. This too is essential. Without the fruit of the spirit your doctrine will be dead. In order to reproduce a living seed you must FIRST have a living fruit.

We have many who know the Bible almost from cover to cover but they do not know the author and are not filled with the Holy Spirit. They can quote scriptures but that scripture they are quoting to you is a dead letter. Without the Holy Spirit of God, the scripture is a dead letter. Without the spirit of the Lord God in us there will be no fruit of the spirit in our lives and thus no living Word Seed, no matter how much dead letter is in there.

So what are we testifying today? Do we have the fruit to back up our testimony? It is not enough to have the letter of the Bible, we must also have the Spirit to give life that Word. Jesus told the 120 to go to the upper room and wait until they were endued with power from on high. Why did they need to wait? They had sat at the feet of Jesus for 3 ½ years listening to him preach. They had read the scriptures and seen how Jesus fulfilled them all. They witnessed all the miracles. They believed the message of their hour. Why did they need to wait? They did not have the life in them and without that life they carried a dead letter. Once the life, the Holy Spirit, came, then they had a living Word Seed in them bring forth the fruit of the spirit and reproducing a living Word Seed to others.

Romans 7: 5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. 6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

Paul here speaking of the new birth and the receiving of the Holy Spirit, shows us that without the Spirit we bring forth “fruit unto death” even when following the letter of the law. The letter cannot save us, only Jesus Christ can save us. Without Jesus Christ it does not matter how much Bible we know, what church we go to, what degree or education we have, we are still very much lost. Salvation is not of knowledge, salvation is not of learning, salvation is not of wisdom, salvation is not of belonging to an organization, salvation is not of a church, salvation is not of having your name on a book, salvation is not of taking an Alpha Course, SALVATION IS OF THE LORD. And it is in the “newness of Spirit”, Paul informs us, that we are able to bring forth living fruit and living doctrine.

2 Corinthians 3: 3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart. 4 And such trust have we through Christ to God-ward: 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; 6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit giveth life.

It is the life in the seed that determines the fruit. Without life in the seed there is no living fruit. Without life in a baby it is still born. Without the Holy Spirit a Christian is still born. Without the Holy Spirit your fruit will be barren and lifeless. We may smile a lot, we may have that smarmy falsetto voice that they seem to have, we may know all the catch phrases and be able to quote scripture and the prophet like a parrot, we may even have the fake Kentucky accent, but without the Holy Spirit we are still born and our fruit will be dead and barren and rotten and lifeless. We may even live what others would call a perfect, moral, righteous life. The rich ruler did and he was dead on his feet. Without the living seed growing by the life of the Holy Spirit in that seed we will be walking open graves.

That is what is wrong with the Christian world today. That is what is wrong with the message ranks today. As it was in Jesus’ day, so too is it today. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday today and forever. Well the devil don’t change either. The church today is the same as the church of yesterday, only a little bit worse. The preachers of today are no different from the preachers of yesterday.

Matthew 23: 1 Then spoke Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, 2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: 3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. 4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. 5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, 6 And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, 7 And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi. 8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren. 9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. 10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ. 11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. 13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. 14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation. 15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

You cannot plant any other seed than that which is within you. If you have a denominational seed growing in you then you can only produce another denominational person. If you have a worldly seed in you then you can only produce another worldly person. In order to plant the seed of God in another heart you must first have that seed of God in you, living and bearing fruit. The Pharisees had Pharisee seed and thus could only produce more Pharisees. Presbyterians have Presbyterian seed, Pentecostals have Pentecostal seed, Catholics have catholic seed.

They had the letter, they read from it every Sabbath in the synagogue but they did not have the spirit of Christ in them, and Jesus said that all they were able to produce was “twofold more children of hell”. What do we produce? What seed are we planting? What seed is within us? What fruit are we bearing? What life is in us?

There were two men a long time ago. They were closely related and had business dealings with each other. As time went on they separated from one another, one went to the city to try his hand there at politics and the other stayed in a rural environment and maintained an agricultural business. Both were successful in their business endeavors. They were both religious and righteous men and both believed very strongly in God.

But there was a difference between them. One had a different spirit from the other. He had a different seed growing in him by a different life. They had the same word and the same doctrine, but a different seed. While they would both have been called Christians today, one man had fruit that bore witness to his testimony and the other did not. The one man seemed quite pious and in fact was even visited by two angels. These two angels informed this man, that his beloved city was going to be destroyed and that everyone should flee. So he, a righteous man, caring dearly for his friends and family, ran quickly to his relatives to testify of the things of the Lord. He went to plant a seed but all he had was a dead letter.

Genesis 19: 12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place: 13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it. 14 And Lot went out, and spoke unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.

He was mocked. He surely had the Word of God. He came speaking the truth of the letter of the word to them. He had what could be in that day be called the Bible and he preached to them out of that word of God. He had no Spirit of God, so there was no life in the seed he was trying to plant. He had no fruit so his testimony was dead. All he could bring to them was the dead letter. That letter killed because those men now were responsible for the truth which they heard and rejected.

The second man’s name was Abraham. Abraham had the fruit of the Spirit and the seed he planted was alive with the life of God.

Everything comes full circle. You start with a seed, you plant that seed and it grows into a tree, the tree although seemingly different from the seed carries the life of the seed to the tips of its branches where it bears fruit that reproduce the original seed with the original life in it.

We plant a word seed, that seed produces a Christian walk and carries the life of the seed, which is the Holy Spirit to bear out in the fruit of the spirit in that person. That fruit reproduces the original Word Seed with the original life of the Holy Spirit and sows that seed to others.

There is a serpent’s seed and there is a seed of God. Both seeds were planted in Eden. Both seeds are alive and well today. Both seeds are producing fruit. Whatever seed is in you will bear its fruit in due season. Whatever seed is in you will be reproduced in the fruit of your life. You can do all sorts of things to a plant but it will not change the fact that the seed that is produced in the fruit is the exact same seed that was planted in the ground in the first place. Beat the apple tree all you want, dress it up, glue orange bark on it, even paint its fruit orange, the fruit will still be apples in the end. The seed in the fruit will be apple seeds and will carry apple life. That is the law of reproduction.

Take a serpent’s seed, educate him, get him all learned up in the scriptures and you will just have another Cain. Take a seed of God, drag him or her through the filth and corruption of the world, lead him into sin and unrighteousness, hook him on drugs or alcohol, and in the end God finds him, God will clean him off and he will bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Remember what we read in Joel about how the devil was attacking the vine. He used, a locust, and a palmerworm etc and chewed the word of God down to a nub. We saw that prophecy coming to pass throughout the dark ages where the Catholic Church beat down the Christians to the point where it was a capital offense for anyone even to read the Bible. But the life in that seed was not killed. The life in that seed was not changed. The life and the seed remained.

God sent Luther, the first of the reformers and the stalk began to grow again, not looking exactly like the original seed but carrying the life of that seed forth. He brought us the simple message of Justification. “The just shall live by faith”. The stalk grew with the life of the seed. Then God sent forth a man named John Wesley. He added onto Luther’s message of justification with the message of sanctification. It still did not look exactly like the original planted seed but it carried the life of the seed a little further along and brought it a little closer to the seed. The stalk now had leaves and the life in those leaves was the very same Holy Spirit that was in the original seed.

Then it came time for the fruit. A bud formed one day at the end of the tallest, leafiest branch. At a little mission on Azusa Street in California about a hundred years ago, God started to restore the gifts of the Holy Spirit in signs, wonders and miracles. There were healings. There were prophesies. There were tongue and interpretation messages. The fruit was bearing and ripening. The church after nearly 2000 years finally began to resemble the book of Acts again. It was looking a lot more like the original seed now than ever before and many people thought it indeed was the original seed.

But it was not the seed, it was the fruit of wheat. They did not look at the season. They forgot to look at the world’s timeclock. They forget to look to at Israel. Israel was not a nation yet so it was too soon for the seed to come. The shuck merely protects the seed that is within it and bears the life of the original seed forward to the reproduced seed.

It looked like the seed, it carried the life of the seed, but it was not and is not the original seed. At ripening the Seed will pull away from the shuck. Don’t miss this! Millions have missed it and are missing it today. Remember the seed comes at the harvest. Jesus told us that once the seed is ripe the harvest comes. The two look very much alike but only one is a living seed. The gifts are not the seed. The Word is the seed and the gifts are the fruit of the Word. The Pentecostal Revival was the fruit carrying the life to the seed, and the message of the hour is the Original Word Seed Reproduced in our day for it is the entire Word of God revealed and vindicated by God.

The only seed that we can plant that will produce a born again spirit filled Christian is this blessed revealed word of God in its entirety. Add anything to it and you poison the life out of it. Take even one word from it and you bleed the life out of it. Any change or alteration of any kind to this word, this Holy Bible, is a perversion. Perversion is of the devil. This Word of God with the life of the revelation of the Holy Spirit is the only Original Word Seed.

The Bible says we are redeemed. To be redeemed is to be brought back to the original state. We come full circle. The Word comes full circle. The Seed comes full circle. The Bible comes full circle. Man comes full circle. Jesus when questioned always pointed back to the beginning. He is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. The message of the hour is nothing new; it is a very old message indeed for it is the Original message. It is the original Word of God.

What seed is in us this morning? What seed are we planting in our hearts? What do we listen to, what do we watch, what do we read? Every thought is a seed. Every word we hear is a seed. Search through the garden of your heart and see what seeds are there. What is your fruit? Are you a Lot or an Abraham? The fruit of your life will show you what life is in you. The life that is in you comes from the seed that is in you and it will reproduce itself in you.

What seed is in your heart this morning? Plant the seed of God. Plant the Original Word Seed in your heart, water it, fertilize it, bear the fruits of it and reproduce it so that you can sow that seed to others. What is your fruit? What is my fruit? Remember every seed after its kind and every fruit bears the life of the seed. If you have a Baptist seed you will have Baptist fruit and reproduce more Baptist seed. If you have Pentecostal seed you will bear Pentecostal fruit and reproduce and sow Pentecostal seed to others. If you have a religious seed then you will bear religious fruit and reproduce and sow religious seed. But if you have the Original Word Seed, then and only then will you bear the fruit of the Holy Spirit and reproduce and sow Original Word Seed to others. You must be born again!

This is what it boils down to. Some people might not like to hear it but I have to tell you the truth. I am not trying to offend anyone so don’t take this personal. You don’t have to agree with me, just agree with this Bible. You have to be rapture ready and it is my job to help you get to that condition. To be rapture ready we must know, and understand, and apply this to our lives. The Holy Spirit is only in the Original Word Seed. Nowhere and nothing else will do. Jesus said “my words are spirit and life”. Only his unadulterated revealed word of God for the hour has the life of the Holy Spirit in it.

Every other doctrine, every other tradition, every other dogma, every other religion, every other philosophy, every catechism, every apostles creed, no matter how logical, how sweet, how wonderful it sounds or who spoke it, if it is not the Revealed Word of God, if it is not perfectly scriptural, it has a demonic life in it. That’s a hard word for some but it is the absolute truth.

That is why Jesus warned the Pharisees as he did, telling them that because they were not planting the correct seed, they were producing twofold children of hell. If we plant any other seed than this blessed revealed Word of God, then we are planting a perverted, demonic seed and turning people into twofold children of hell. A demonic seed can only produce demonic fruit. A demonic seed can only produce more demonic seed.

Every seed after HIS kind. Do you see it now? The seed of God is God’s word and it is after God’s kind for God is its father. God is the father of Jesus Christ who is the Word of God. A demonic seed is of the devil and is after the devil’s kind. Jesus said that the devil was the father of all lies. That demonic seed he planted in Eden is still bearing fruit and reproducing itself today. Eat of that fruit and you shall surely die. It is beautiful. It is tasty. It is logical. It is sweet. It makes sense. It is demonic and it will kill you body, mind and soul. It is a perversion of the original seed. You can’t mix it and you can’t hybrid it. That is spiritual evolution and it is of the devil. Every seed after his kind. The Catholic Church hybridized it with paganism and produced a corrupt perverse seed that brings death. They murdered 68,000,000 Christians with it. It is a pattern that is in place today. The devil will take the original word seed and corrupt and pervert it with his ideas, his philosophy, his psychology, his logic and produce a perverted tare seed. Have nothing to do with it. Touch not, taste not, handle not.

Let’s get to the Word. Let’s plant the seed of God in our hearts. Let’s water that seed. Let’s fertilize that seed. Let’s bear the fruit of that seed. Let’s allow the Holy Spirit, the life in that seed, to bear its fruit and reproduce that seed in us to sow to others. Let’s allow the Seed of God to be reproduced in us.

So when you meet someone on the street and they talk with you, remember the spirit in that person is trying to plant a seed in your heart with every word they speak. And remember too that your spirit is doing the same to them. When you watch a movie, hear a song, listen to a conversation, read a book or magazine, the spirit in the author of those words is attempting to plant a seed in your heart with every word. Every word. So be careful of what you expose yourself too. You don’t notice the dandelion seed in your lawn until the flower pops up. You may not notice the seed planted in your heart until you start to see the fruit of it in your life. Pay attention to your fruit. If there is a seed growing in there that should not be there, a weed in your heart, your life will reveal it. Watch your life. And you cannot simply cut the head off of a weed, you have to dig it out from the roots. Search your lives and dig out those weeds. And plant God Seed instead, both in yourself, in your family, and in all those around you.

May the Lord richly bless you.

Examine Yourselves, Whether You be in the Faith

So you got the message. Great, what are you doing with it?

2 Corinthians 13: 5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

I wrestled with this scripture for days. I had nothing on it. It didn’t make sense, I had no direction. I seemed that the Lord wasn’t with me. I couldn’t break through. I wondered if I had the right scripture. I wanted to erase it and start over but something kept pulling me back. I can tell you that anything I have to say today is from God because I had nothing. I had absolutely nothing to say, no thoughts, no ideas, no explanations. I had drawn a complete blank. And I searched the scriptures. I looked up the words in the dictionary. I looked for other scriptures with the same words to no avail. Day after day and getting further away and more confused and disheartened. Then in a moment, in a few seconds, the Lord God opened it up to me. He gave me a wonderful revelation on this little passage and it all made sense. I will warn everyone in advance, this is a gristly piece of meat, but I trust everyone here is weaned off the milk. Now by the grace of God I pray the Lord will take over and reveal it to you too.

So let’s break it down. There are seven interlocking phrases here. Seven is perfection. So in one line Paul has managed to interlace seven ideas. And as they are interlaced we will have to look at them in groups to see just how they relate, for they all blend to form one central theme.

“Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith”. Here Paul tells us to examine, to test ourselves to see whether or not we are in the faith. These are the first two ideas. So lets look at the first thought. We need to examine ourselves. The word examine here is from the Greek word peirazo, which means to test, tempt, to try to trap. The difference here between this temptation and what we normally call temptation is in the motivation; this tempting is not tempting to sin or to fall but a “test that might determine and sharpen true character”. This is an interesting take on it. It is not just to look inside and ask some questions. This is telling us to test it. To definitively answer a question. What we in engineering call a non-destructive test. Not a test to cause a failure, but a test to prove the structural worthiness. A test that will determine our TRUE character. We are told to test ourselves to see whether we be “in the faith”.

“In the faith”. This is idea number two. Before we go deeper into discussion on the test, we need to briefly discuss what we are testing for. Testing to see if we are “in the faith”. Let’s put this in more modern vernacular; say it as we most often hear it today. Examine yourselves whether you be “in the message”. Does that bring it a little closer home? Are we “in the message”? It will take a little to bring out what that really means, but first, now that we have an idea of what we are testing for, we need to go back and look at the testing itself.

So as we found out, the examination is a testing, a temptation based testing; a trial of sorts. So what kinds of trials does the Bible tell us about?

James 1:3 Knowing this, that the trying of your faith works patience, 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

So James agrees with Paul, and tells us that the examination or trial of our faith works patience. So if we obey Paul and do this self examination it will bring patience as well. And we see that patience has a perfect work, making us perfect. And perfect means to be complete and lacking nothing. It looks like I am going off on a tangent but stick with me and you’ll see it come together shortly. So to get there, to get to perfection we must first see whether or not we are even in the faith, in the message, and to do that we must examine ourselves with trials. So what kind of trials are they talking about here?

1 Peter 1:6 wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

We are to be tried with manifold temptations and fire. That doesn’t sound like fun does it? We must examine ourselves and now according to Peter those tests or trials are not just temptations but manifold temptations. They are many temptations overlapping each other. And he also tells us that those trials are more precious than gold. Why? What makes them more precious than gold? Those trials will show us if we are indeed in the message, and they will also bring patience, which will bring us to perfection, so that we will be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ.

Maybe the trials don’t seem so bad when we consider the reward. Take Moses for an example.

Hebrews 11:24 By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh’s daughter; 25 Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; 26 Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt; for he had respect unto the recompense of the reward.

Moses was tried. He was tried through the lusts of his flesh, tried through his weakness, through his ambition, through his pride, but he was proved by the trials. He esteemed the reproaches of Christ of more value. He had respect unto the recompense of the reward. Think about it. He was next in line to be pharaoh. He would have been the ruler of the richest, most powerful country on earth. He was being handed the ultimate worldly gift and he refused it. He examined himself and found that he indeed was in the faith. Moses was in the message, in the faith. Even the messenger must be tried this way. And that faith is what gave him the patience to wait for the recompense of reward. His trial proved his faith and gave him patients to work his perfection and he was found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ on the mount of transfiguration, he will preach to the 144,000 in Israel with Elijah after the rapture, and will be again at the second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

So where do the fiery trials come from? Certainly we don’t intentionally bring them on ourselves, that would be tempting God. And the Bible goes further to say to “flee fleshly lusts that war against the soul” and warns us not to “provide an occasion to the flesh for sin”. So we are to examine ourselves with trials and temptations but not to bring those temptations upon ourselves. So where do the temptations come from and how do we use them to examine ourselves?

James 1:12 Blessed is the man that endures temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. 13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempts he any man: 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust and enticed.

So the temptations are not of God. The Lord does not tempt any of us. We are tempted by our own lusts. The very desires of our physical flesh and our carnal natures are the root of our temptations. We receive manifold temptations from manifold lusts. And as Moses, when we endure the fiery trials we shall, as Peter told us earlier, be found to praise and honour at the returning of the Lord Jesus Christ, receiving a crown of life.

So our examination of ourselves is to compare how we react to these temptations with how we are supposed to react to these temptations. God gives us a choice, life or death. The devil will entice us through the lusts of our flesh, through our weakness, our ambition, our pride etc. We are instructed here to use these temptations as a testing ground to see where we stand with God. Here we come to a contention: Works vs. Faith.

Listen close. This is a cause and effect relationship. We are not saved by works. That is the absolute truth. But, if we are saved, then we will have the works. People get this completely mixed up. Some will say we are saved by grace so the works don’t count at all and if you speak of works at all to them they get very angry and accuse you of being a works preacher, a legalist, a Pharisee. The Bible does not say that at all. Let’s take James. I am going to break this scripture up and change the order of the verses to bring the point home a little deeper.

James 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works and by works was faith made perfect?

Do you see it? Works do not bring salvation – but salvation brings the works. Our works will never bring us into the message, but once we are in the message, once we are in the faith, that faith will produce the works. Let me give you the rest of that scripture out of James. We have to understand this point before we can move on.

James 2:18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works.

Works to not bring faith, neither will they bring you salvation. Salvation is by grace alone. It is the gift of God, paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ. But how does faith come? Faith cometh by hearing the word of God. Is that Bible? So works do not lead to faith or salvation, but salvation and faith DO lead to works.

That is where people get it mixed up. They put the proverbial cart before the horse. They get their fur up and say works don’t save me I am saved by grace. AMEN! But stop using it as an excuse to try to explain away your lack of works. Instead, as James says, show me your faith and salvation by your works. If you are saved then there will be works in your life to testify of your salvation. Let’s take one more scripture on this line.

John 14: 11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake. 12 Verily, verily I say unto you. He that believs on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go into my Father.

Jesus sums it up pretty good there. First He tells us that the works were the testimony that he was the Messiah. The works testified of His faith. Not just the miracles, but all the works! And let’s be blunt, if you do not have the daily works, if the Holy Spirit is not manifested in you, if you are not reflecting Jesus Christ on a daily basis bearing the fruit of the spirit, you won’t have the miracles in your life either. Remember the little foxes spoil the vine. Then Jesus tells us plainly that if we have faith, then we will have works too and that our works will be the same as His.

So then we have the first part put together. We have to examine ourselves to see if we are in the faith, in the message. And we are to examine ourselves by seeing what kind of works we have. Our works, especially relating to temptations, define our true character and thereby will tell us whether or not we are in the message. By our fruits they shall know us, and we shall know ourselves. Amen?

So then with this in mind, what does it mean to be “in the message”? We hear it all the time. What does it mean? Does it mean to know the quotes? Does it mean to believe that Brother Branham was a prophet? Does it mean to attend a “message church”? What does it really mean to be “in the message”? To be in the faith? There are many who fit the above description and are not actually in the message.

Here we come to the text of this little lecture. The message. WE HAVE THE MESSAGE! That is great. Isn’t that great? I think that is wonderful.

You have the message. What are you doing with it?

What are we doing with it? If I were to ask each person reading here to stand up one by one and tell us all, what they are doing with the message, what would be the response? I am not going to make each person stand and give an account for what they did with the message, Jesus, however, will do that. And it won’t be in front of a couple of dozen people, it won’t be by the anonymity of the internet, it will be in front of every human being who ever lived.

Let’s look at that text for a moment. And let’s be perfectly honest with ourselves. What are we doing with this message? Why is it important and how important is it? Jesus explains it nicely in a parable. Matthew 25. He tells us of a certain King who went away and left men in charge. And to each man he gave a sum of money to look after for him. And there were three men who received different amounts. The first two invested the money, they put it to work. The third didn’t. He was too afraid to put the money to work. And when the Lord came back he rewarded and praised the two profitable servants. They had put to work that which they received of the Lord and had returned it to him with interest earned. But to the third one, the fearful one with the lukewarm, Laodicean attitude, He had a different answer. Turn to it with me, I want everyone to see this.

Matthew 25: 24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou are an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid; and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26 His lord answered and said unto him, thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. 28 Take therefore the talent from him and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 for unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away ever that which he hath. 30 and cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

So let me ask again. What are we doing with the message? What are you doing with the revealed word of God for the hour? Are we putting it to work in our lives? Or are we hiding it? How many reading here have testified to someone in the last week? The last Month? The last Year? are you testifying of Jesus Christ, of what He has done for you, of who he is, of his promises, of his healing, of his deliverance, of his salvation. When is the last time we brought a stranger in to church with us? When is the last time we invited someone? Can you remember? Does anyone feel a little ashamed right now?

How are our lives? Do we live this message? Examine yourselves, look to your trials and temptations. Look to your daily activities. Look to your daily interactions with people. Do you have victory? What are your works like? Are you putting the message to work in your life? Are you living the message for all to see? What are people seeing in you? Are they seeing Jesus Christ? Are we written epistles read of all men? What are others reading in us? What are our works? Are they the works of the flesh or of the spirit? Are they the works of Jesus Christ? Be perfectly honest with yourself right now. It is between you and the Lord God.

We got the message. Amen! That’s great. So what are we doing with it?

There are over 1100 of the prophet’s sermons on tape. There are many thousands more by other preachers available online, all free. If you listened to one a night every night it would take you 3 years to go once through Brother Branham’s works. At one a week it would take you 20 years. How many here have listened to every tape? How many people “in the message” do you suppose have listened to every tape? Some act like they have every tape memorized. Yet their lives sometimes appear as though they have never heard even one.

Are the tapes the message? Do you have to listen to every tape? Do you have to listen to tapes at all?

What is the message anyway? What is this wonderful message that we have, that we are so proud of? The message is the revealed word of God for the hour. What is the Word of God? The Word of God is the Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, if we are in the message then we must be in Jesus Christ. And if we are in Jesus, then Jesus is also in us. Is that Bible? That is the scripture that we first read. So by our works, by our temptations, by our lives, we can examine ourselves to see whether we are in Jesus Christ, or not.

What was the sign that you have the Holy Spirit? What were the 120 in the upper room told to wait for? POWER! Now is it coming together. Power. Power to do the works. Power to overcome temptations. Power to live the message every day. Power to believe the word of God, not just a carnal mental understanding but genuine faith to believe it in the face of every contrary idea or evidence. So we must examine ourselves to see if we have power to overcome our temptations, the power to live Christ-like in every situation.

If we have power to overcome our flesh, for we are tempted when we are led away and enticed of our fleshly lusts, then we are in the message. If this message, this revealed word of God, Jesus Christ himself, permeates every minute of every day of our lives then we are indeed in the message. If it is in our thoughts, if it is in our hearts, then we are in the message. If our works are the works of the message, the works of Word of God, the works of Jesus Christ, then we are indeed in the message. If we are written epistles read of all men, as Paul tells us, we are in the message. If we bear the fruits of the spirit, then we are in the message. And when we examine ourselves and find ourselves falling short we repent and God cleanses us and strengthens us and then to Him it is as though we never fell short in the first place. Is that Bible?

Lamentations 3:40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the Lord.

So there are setbacks. But the Bible shows us that those who are called and chosen, even though they get occasionally knocked down, will get back up, search our ways, examine ourselves and turn again unto the Lord. The Bible says to prove our own selves. Prove. Remove all doubt. Do we have doubt? Doubt is unbelief. We have to be sure. We need to be absolutely sure of our salvation. The Bible warns us not to be double minded. Are we sure? Are we proven? Do we know ourselves? Our scripture asked that question. Do we know ourselves? How can we have confidence in our salvation unless we know ourselves? The Bible tells us to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling. Work it out. Prove it. Then you will have confidence in it.

If we do not examine ourselves through trials and search out our own hearts with the word then we do not know ourselves. How many times have you heard someone brag about what they would do in a certain situation; a situation they have never actually faced. They would do this, and they would do that, and they would do such grand and wonderful things. Put them in the situation and you will see what they would do. You have heard the saying. ‘kick a bucket of honey and honey comes out; kick a bucket of vinegar and vinegar comes out’. Exactly. You are proving the bucket and examining it by trials.

So too we cannot know ourselves until we see how we actually behave during trials. Do you have faith in divine healing? Get sick, really sick, sometime and see. Do you have faith for God to provide for you? Loose you job one day and you will find out. Do you have the love, faith and patience to turn the other cheek? You may think that you do. You will never really know till you take a punch. Until you go through that trial you truly have no idea what kind of a person you are or how you would react. This my brothers and sisters is a simple truth. It is the trial alone that will determine and prove your character.

Look at Peter. He was a big strong man. He thought he knew himself. He didn’t think he had any fear in him. Peter once bragged of his abilities and the wonderful things he would do in a given situation that he had never faced. And he was not lying in his mind, he fully believed what he said. What did Peter say, and think, that he was able to do? Do you remember?

St. John 13:37 Peter said unto him, Lord, why cannot I follow thee now? I will lay down my life for thy sake. 38 Jesus answered him, Wilt thou lay down thy life for my sake? Verily, verily, I say unto thee, The cock shall not crow, till thou hast denied me thrice.

Not just once but three times. The very same night that Peter bragged of his ability to pass the test, he was tried and completely failed that very test three times in a row. Peter was sure that he had what it took. He bragged about it. But when the rubber hit the road he could not perform. Peter did not know himself. He was not proved. He thought that he did, but what he knew was his own imagination. He was not measuring himself justly, by examination and the word of God, but he was measuring himself against himself. We shall see that in a bit. And it turned out that his measure was completely wrong.

Galatians 6:4 But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another.

Let every man (and woman; sisters you won’t get off easy on this) prove his own work. See it is works again. Those works prove whether we are in the message. Peter’s response to the little girl who accused him of being with Jesus proved what he was. Peter was with Jesus for three and a half years. Peter worked in the message. He even preached. Yet Peter’s works proved that he was not actually in the message, not yet at least. You see it is not belief alone. It was not enough for Peter to believe that Jesus was the Messiah in his mind and it is not enough for us to just believe the message in our minds. An intellectual understanding of the message will do you no good whatsoever. The devil believes in one God and trembles. Why does the devil tremble? Because his works are evil. And so we find it today.

All through the Bible you will see twins. Cain and Abel. Jacob and Esau. Jesus and Judas, not twins in flesh but twins in type. Moses and Balaam. Ishmael and Isaac. One of the flesh and one of the spirit. And the one of the flesh hates the one of the spirit, and persecutes him. Why?

1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

Abel’s works condemned Cain. Abel was a written epistle. When Cain looked at Abel he saw the works of Jesus Christ. Abel lived the message and his very life condemned Cain. They both believed. They both worshipped. They both went to church. They both had the message of the hour. Cain had the same intellectual understanding of the Word of God as Abel did. In fact Cain may have even had a greater intellectual understanding. But what were they doing with that message? Abel examined himself and proved himself that he was in the message by his righteous works and God confirmed it by giving Abel revelation.

Cain was merely religious. And Cain was very religious. He bragged the message but did not live it. He thought he was good and faithful and righteous to the point where he spoke back to God as though he was right and God was wrong. But when it came to the test Cain failed. He was reprobate because he had not examined and proved himself. He merely measured himself by himself.

Esau had the message the same as Jacob, but Jacob lived it. Every moment of every day Jacob was consumed with getting the blessing. Esau was content to quote it. He quoted it to Jacob and laughed and said give me soup and you can have the blessing. He was more concerned with fulfilling the lusts of his flesh, hunger, than he was for living the message. He was content to go to church. He was not living it at all. Jacob was consumed by it.

So we see two types here. Two types spoken of in our scripture. Know ye not that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobate.

Reprobate: Greek adokimos, failing the test, rejected, cast away.

To be Reprobate is to be failing the test. Failing the trials. Just as Cain, failing with no desire to pass. That is why Cain failed. Did you realize that? We can only fail when we have no desire to pass. That, after all, is what the test is in the end. It is a test of our character. We cannot use the excuse that the test was too hard. The Bible warns us of that.

Hebrews 12: 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

And more to the point.

1 Corinthians 10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

So if we fail the test it is only because we did not try, or want to pass. Our flesh won out. Remember we found out the examination was a test of temptation to discern our true character. And our true character is our inner most motives and desires. Cain failed because his character failed. He was reprobate from the inside out, not the outside in. Remember the works don’t cause the faith, the faith causes the works. So Cain’s works were bad because his heart was reprobate. Bad trees don’t give good fruit. If a tree is sick, the fruit will be sick also. Cain had bad fruit because he was bad down through to the roots. Jesus said men cannot gather figs from thorns. Our outside is a reflection of our insides.

Hebrews 12: 15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled; 16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. 17 for ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

The Bible tells us that Esau was a profane person. Profane, godless, worldly. Sold out for a morsel of meat. Sold out his spiritual birthright for the lusts of the flesh. Sold out the message of his hour for religion and popularity. Sold out the Word for worldly riches. And he was rejected, failed, reprobate. He had the message. He knew the message. He heard it straight from the prophet of his hour, Isaac. He had an intellectual understanding of the message and memorized every word of it but he had never put it to the test in his life. He was a believer, just like Cain. But he was profane just like Cain. He was only a hearer of the message not a doer of it. What was Esau doing with the message? Nothing. He was not living it. He was not examining himself. He was not proving himself. He did not know himself. He thought that he was able to receive the blessing, and when it came time to receive the blessing he was a reprobate. Jacob on the other hand was examining himself daily. He was living the message. Everything in his life was centered on the birthright, which was the message of his hour.

The man in the parable that Jesus spoke of, Cain, Esau, Judas, they had the message. And they knew the truth. They did not live it and even what they seemed to have was taken from them. It is the living of the message that will take it from an intellectual understanding and turn it into a spiritual understanding. Not just to hear the word but to act upon it. Abraham heard the Word. It did him no good whatsoever. It didn’t do him a bit of good to hear God tell him to separate himself and travel across the continent to a land that was prepared for him. He had an intellectual understanding of it but it wasn’t until he acted upon it, till he put that message to work in his life exactly as it had been spoken, that the message became alive to him. The message was of no use, of no value to Abraham until he became a doer of the word. In fact he wasn’t even Abraham until his live completely expressed the message; he was simply Abram. He could have stayed in Ur and died an old man with no blessing, no country, no children and a wonderful intellectual understanding of the message with every word memorized. But Abraham was different. When he heard the word of God he acted upon it. That is true faith. When you have faith you will act upon the word of God!

James 1: 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholds himself, and goes his way and straightway forgets what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looks into the perfect law of liberty, and continues therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

Here it is again. Cain was a hearer of the word. He heard it straight from the mouth of God. It didn’t do him any good. Esau was a hearer of the word. It didn’t help him one bit. They, as in the scripture, after hearing the word go away and forget what manner of men they are. How could they not know what manner of men the are? They failed to examine and prove themselves. They thought they had the message and that was enough. But it wasn’t enough. The message will not help you if you do not apply it.

But Abel and Jacob and Abraham, they heard the word and they were also doers of the word. Their works proved their faith. They examined themselves, they proved themselves, and found by their works that they were in the faith. But if we don’t stop and examine ourselves we will go away and forget what manner of man we are; we will be a hearer only. And we will be very religious, very pious, and very reprobate.

So where do we stand? There are only two places to be, in or out. We are either in the message or we are not in the message. Either Jesus Christ, the word of God is in us, or we are reprobates. Tough word isn’t it? But we have to understand this. When the door of the ark closed, it was too late, you were either living the message of Noah, or you were dead on your feet. They all heard it. Noah preached to the world for 120 years, but the world was full of reprobates.

And Jesus told us that as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at the coming of the son of man. We had a vindicated prophet with the ministry of Elijah as foretold in Malachi 4:5-6 and Revelation 10:7. The world has heard the message for over 70 years now. How many are doers of the message? Look at the age we live in. We are in the Laodicean age. And it is the same in this age as in Noah’s age. The world is eating and drinking and giving in marriage, knowledge is increased, men’s hearts are continually imagining evil. The church is full of lukewarm hearers who never get enough fire in them to actually apply the message that they are so proud of.

They will tell you that they worship just like you do. They have the message. They got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. They sing and they pray. And we cannot argue. Cain prayed. Simon the sorcerer was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Did you realize that? So what is the difference?

Proverbs 21: 27 The sacrifice of the wicked is abomination: how much more, when he brings it with a wicked mind?

The sacrifice, the worship of a reprobate is abomination. The prayers and worship of a reprobate is something that stinks so bad it makes God physically ill. And how much more when it is brought with a reprobate mind. He said of the Laodicean church that it is such an abomination that He will spew them out of His mouth. This age is so dirty and evil that it makes the Lord God puke. How can this be? How can people sit and hear a vindicated message and not be saved through it? How do they hear it and not examine themselves with it?

2 Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, are not wise. 13 But we will not boast of things without our measure, but according to the measure of the rule which God hath distributed to us, a measure to reach even unto you.

They measure themselves against themselves. They measure themselves by their imaginations, what they think they would do in a given situation. As Timothy tells us they are boasters, proud, blasphemers, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God, having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof. The power. Deny the power to overcome, to live the message. The quote the message, go to church, sing and dance and shout amen at just the right time, maybe in preach, but denying that very same message with their lives.

We are supposed to measure ourselves according to the rule that God gave us, which is the Word of God. But the reprobates will measure by their own rule, as Cain did. They rely on a feeling, on a sensation, imagination and on carnal wisdom and logic. Their measuring post is wrong. How are we measuring ourselves? What is our guideline? The Word of God! That must be our absolute! We have to measure ourselves by the Word of God alone for we will be judged by the Word of God alone. That is why Paul wrote to us:

Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.

Till we all come into the unity, of the faith, the unity of the message. Unto the MEASURE of the stature of the fullness of Christ. That is our measuring stick; The fullness of Jesus Christ. The works that He did will we do also. We must examine ourselves and see whether our works match His works. If Jesus Christ is in us then our works will match His works, and our lives will reflect his life.

Remember the analogy the prophet gave about Beethoven. He said if I had the spirit of Beethoven I would write beautiful songs like he did. It’s the same. If we have the spirit of Jesus Christ then we will have the very same works. Examine yourselves! Prove yourselves! Measure up! Do we measure up?

Are we growing in him every day? We may not be perfect yet, but what direction are we moving? If we are hearers of the word we are moving backwards but if we are doers of the word we are moving forward. Did you know that? There is no standing still with God. You should know it. When you hear the word of God you either accept it, and repent and do what the word says and are washed by it and move closer to God, closer to the stature of a perfect man, or you reject it and are judged by it and become reprobate. We either examine ourselves and judge ourselves comparing our works with the works of Jesus or we reject the word sinning willfully and are condemned.

1 Corinthians 11: 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.

If we judge ourselves. How do we judge ourselves? If we examine our works and compare them with the works of Christ. Compare them with the Bible and see where we stand. Judge ourselves. Admit when we are wrong and make it right. Admit our shortcomings. Repent. We have 4000 years of written history to compare ourselves to. That is why we have the history. Remember earlier we looked to Moses for an example.

1 Corinthians 10: 11 Now all these things happened unto them for examples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. 12 Wherefore let him that thinks he stands take heed lest he fall.

The history is written for us to compare. It is for our admonition, to give us a measuring stick, and show us where we come short. We must take heed lest we become reprobate. And it is not a one time thing. It has to be an every day thing. Not just on Sundays and Wednesdays but every day.

And we cannot just imagine how we would act or react in a given situation.

Romans 1:21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 professing themselves to be wise they became fools.

When they knew God, when they knew the message, they failed to glorify God. Becoming vain in their imaginations, measuring themselves against themselves, hearer of the word only, their hearts become darkened. They did not know themselves. They did not examine themselves with that word that they heard and in the trials of life. They did not prove themselves but professing wisdom, they became fools. Do we profess wisdom? To be brag that we have the light, we have the vindicated message, we have the word of God’s prophet? What are you doing with that message?

I know a fellow that I was talking to a while ago. He said he had total faith in Jesus. If he had total faith in Jesus then how come he could not muster enough faith to be delivered from smoking? Total faith? He was measuring himself by himself. He did not know himself at all. He thought he had total faith but ion reality he has little or no faith at all. He is reprobate.

You are hearing the word today. Are you hearing the Word? If I am not speaking the word please tell me so I can stop. So do we agree that we are hearing the word. Are we hearing the message of the hour? Good, that is the first step, but it will do us no good whatsoever just to sit and hear it. We need to do what we hear! We need to start living this message. We need to examine ourselves daily! We need to prove ourselves! Find out where we stand! Find our weaknesses. Find our faults. Judge ourselves and correct ourselves. Test ourselves. We need to apply this message to our lives, every word and every day.

Do we know ourselves yet? Have you examined yourself today? Are we hearers of the word only or doers of it? How many here are going to do what you are reading today? Who is going to live the message for all the world to see? Nobody wants to be reprobate. And we do not have to. The only reason we will fail is if we don’t want to pass. Remember that. God promised not to allow any temptation come our way that is too strong for us and He also promised to make a way out for us. The victory has already been won for us, all we have to do is claim it in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

Are we going to live this message? Are we going to be a written epistle read of all men? Are we going to examine ourselves daily with this word and see how we measure up? Are we going to prove ourselves? We have been given royal seeds, lets go plant them.

Then we are going to build patience and will be found in praise and honour at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is a crown of life waiting for everyone here today. Eternal life is promised to every soul in this building. A mansion is sitting in heaven waiting for each and every one of us to occupy. We just need to examine ourselves, know ourselves and prove ourselves daily as we see the end approaching. We need to persevere. God said that we would not be tempted above that we are able. He has already made a way out for us. He has already won the victory. So there is nothing left to stop us from living the message. You are the only Bible most people will ever read. So lets open up the pages of our lives to them and show them Jesus.  Let us shine our lights for all to see.

This little light of mine, I’m going to let it shine.

Saved from Sin

Saved from Sin!

“Whom the world cannot receive”

2 Cor 5:1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven 3 if so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked 4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life 5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given us the earnest of the spirit.

May God bless the reading of His Word.

So we are told that God has provided us with a token, an earnest, down-payment receipt for a mansion which is waiting for us in heaven. Our mansion in heaven is a body. A perfect version of ourselves. It already exists waiting for us. No gray hairs, no bald heads, no sore joints, no being tired, to getting sick, no getting old, no more wearing glasses. Perfect versions of ourselves waiting for us to step into. Do we all believe that? We all hear it and know it in our minds but do we believe it in our hearts? There is a perfect, glorified body waiting for each and every child of God.

And it is in our imperfect bodies that our souls are prepared to live in our perfect bodies. It is in an unholy filthy world that we are prepared to live in a holy perfect world. It is through our sickness, our pain and our suffering that God prepares us for a place that has no sickness, no pain and no suffering. Quite the paradox we live in. But it is not for everybody for some are saved and some are lost. But we need to be assured that there is indeed a body waiting for us. We need to know that we are going up in the rapture. We need to be absolutely sure. We need that revelation from God to make it sure in our hearts.

How do we know we are saved? What are we saved from? We are saved from Sin! Have you ever asked yourself what that means, to be saved from sin? We talk about it all the time but do you really understand what it means? Saved from Sin. That is what separates us from the world. We are saved from sin. We were dead IN our sin but now we dead TO our sin.

2 Cor 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things become new.

When we are dead to our sins all things become new. New desires. New tastes. New likes. New dislikes. We become a new creature IN Christ. How? By getting a new spirit. It is the spirit that drives the man and gives him life. Why did Joshua and Caleb have a completely different outlook than the rest of Israel? A different spirit was found in them.

We used to all be of the world yet even though we were in the world we did not belong there. That is why we came out of the world. There was something inside of us calling us to something better. The deep was calling to the deep. We were not satisfied with what we had in the world and were longing for something better. And something deep inside us told us that there was something better. We didn’t know what it was. We didn’t deserve it. We still don’t. But we know it is there and we want it, we desire it, we need it, we hunger and thirst for it, and we are not going to let anything stop us from getting it.

   56-1208 – Abraham – William Branham
15 Now, you can be a mentally worked up or emotionally worked up and just imagine your faith, but when your spirit bears record with His Spirit, and your life compares with God’s Bible, you’ve got a pretty good conception it’s all as at peace. That’s right, but if it don’t compare with that, then you better come back again. See? If you don’t love Him with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, if sin doesn’t just make you tremble at the thoughts of it, you’d better come back (see?) and be sure. No matter… You might’ve danced in the Spirit. You might’ve spoke with tongues. You might’ve put your name on every church book in this city. You might’ve been baptized three times forward, backward, sprinkled. That won’t have one thing to do with it, not one thing. You’ve got to be borned again (See?), something that takes place, a regeneration, and you become a new creation. Old things is passed away, and all things become new. You’re a new look on everything. The birds sing different. Your enemies that you once couldn’t stand, you love them. See? You really love them, and everything’s changed. Then you know you’ve passed from death unto Life.

Col 1: 21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22 In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:

We were alienated from God. We were enemies of God. It was the wicked works of unbelief in our minds that separated us from Him. And He reconciled us to Him through His own blood. That holy perfect God left His throne in glory to take upon a body of flesh, suffer and bleed and die in your place. In my place. It should have been us on that cross. We deserve what He suffered. He even went to hell for us to conquer that for us. Jesus Christ conquered death, hell and the grave. And He did it for you!

How could anyone turn down such a great and marvelous gift? The gift is too great for us even to properly imagine. The Bible says that eye hath not seen and ear hath not heard neither entered into the heart of any man the things which God had prepared for those who love Him. What a gift. What a sacrifice, the just for the unjust, the holy for the unholy, God for sinner. What could you say of someone who would turn down such a gift. How blind and heartless would we have to be to trod that holy blood under foot and count it an unholy thing? To reject Him is to say that His suffering and death was worthless. And He is His word. To reject the word of God is to reject Jesus Christ. So how could anyone reject Him? How could anyone reject His message? Why don’t people get it? More importantly, why do we get it?

Ephesians 1: 11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

So the token is an earnest of our inheritance. We have an inheritance. It is an incorruptible inheritance in heaven. And we have been given that inheritance solely by the “council of his own will”. It is not something we did. It is not because we are any better than anyone else. We are not smarter. We are not holier. We are not more righteous. He chose us out of the world to show His mercy to because from the beginning of the world He knew we would accept and believe and obey.

Romans 8: 30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

He predestinated us. Before the very foundation of the World. Before He spoke the first speck of dust into existence He had you in His mind. You are the expressed thoughts of God. He knew who you would be, where you would be born, how long you would live, when you would receive Him, every mistake you would make along the way, and what your thoughts would be this morning. He already knows what mistakes you will make tomorrow. Do you believe that? He knows them and He died for them and has already made a way for you by His own blood.

But we must remember we are at war. There are two seeds on this earth. One is called and predestinated, the other is also called and predestinated, but not for eternal life. Even pharaoh was not wild on the loose but fulfilling the plan of God as God had predestinated for him to do. God raised up Pharaoh, the Bible says so. God knew what he would do. God knew which man to put into that place. He knew what kind of a fellow pharaoh was, that is why He picked that particular man to be in that place. That is why He gave him power. That is why He gave Egypt great power and wealth. It was all in His plan. He told Abraham of it centuries before. Israel was not in Egypt for 400 years by mistake and it was no coincidence that Moses was born when he was born. Moses was predestinated for a special role in fulfilling the plan of God and he had to be born in a specific time, and in a specific place, and to specific parents in order to do it. Even Moses’ speech impediment was part of God’s plan. It allowed for a position for Aaron and the ushering in of the Priesthood and set a type for the ministries of the two prophets to come to the remnant of Israel. Moses was never a speaker and Elijah was always a speaker. As Aaron did the speaking for Moses in the first ministry so will Elijah do the speaking in the one to come. We won’t be here to see it but it will be that way, because God does not change his ways.

We are at war! We are soldiers of the cross. And there is an enemy. Jesus said that He did not come to bring peace but war. There is a battle going on and you have to pick a side. God knows which side you will pick. But it is entirely up to you to pick it. That is why He sent this message, to give you a choice, and to arm you in the fight.

If we are not soldiers of the cross, then we are fighting for the devil.

Every man hears the same words but not all understand them. It is only to the elect that He gives revelation. Did you know that? Every man can receive and intellectual comprehension but only the elect get a spiritual revelation.

Luke 8: 10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables: that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand.

We all have the same Bible. Yet why is it that we have so many different ideas on what it says? NO REVELATION! Paul and Peter had the same scriptures and learned of them, and wrote of them, and preached of them, completely separated from each other for twelve years, yet when they finally met they had the exact same doctrine line upon line, word upon word and precept upon precept. They had the same doctrine because it was Revealed unto them by the same spirit! Two men miles apart, with totally different upbringings, with totally different educations, with totally different sub-cultures, from totally different occupations, and yet 12 years later they had the exact same doctrines. We can’t hardly even get two people in the same family to agree today.

This battle is a battle of brothers. It started that way in Eden. Every thought and idea that you find in the Bible you can trace all the way back to Genesis to find its origin and all the way forward to Revelation to find its consummation. That is why the devil hates those two books more than any other, they are the seed and the harvest chapters, and they show his origins and his ending. He has fought against those two books more than all the other books combined. And as such they are the two most misunderstood books in the Bible. If the devil can blind our eyes to those books he can keep us away from all of it. If you can’t tie and idea down on both ends then it floats away on you. You got to find the start and the finish of it.

So this war of brother started in Eden and ends in Revelation. Twins. A carnal church and a spiritual church. And the carnal church has always persecuted the spiritual. Cain and Abel, Ishmael and Isaac, Esau and Jacob, Judas and Jesus.

65-1031M – Power Of TransformationWilliam Branham
135 There is always twins. And that’s the reason…Don’t forget this, little flock. The church in the last days is going to be twins, “so close that it’ll deceive the Elected…” Matthew 24:24, see. The church is going to…It’s a Pentecostal move. It’s so much like the real thing, till it would “deceive the very Elected if it was possible.” And a little later on, if I get the chance, I want to explain what, how that election comes. See, it’s going to deceive them because it’s almost like the same thing. See, just two fathers, that’s all; same mother, same church, same movement, same thing. The bedding ground is the same, where the Word falls; but one of them, like here, is perverted. You understand? Say “amen” if you do. [Congregation says, “Amen.”—Ed.] See, one of them is a perversion, because it’s the wrong father. Which, I will prove someday, if God will let me, that denomination is the mark of the beast. See, it’s the wrong father, he is stirring people to an organization instead of to the Word. See, it’s the wrong father. It’s a Cain move.

St. John 17: 14 I have given them thy word and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

The world didn’t hate you because of who you are, it will only hate you when you bring this blessed revealed word of the hour to them. They don’t mind denominational creeds. They don’t mind traditions. They don’t mind dogmas. But they hate the WORD.

And it is not the secular world that are the biggest enemy of Christ, they will just think you are a nut, but as long as you are not a hypocrite, they will respect you for it. It is the religious world that will hate you. It was not the people of Israel that shouted for the death of Jesus, it was the religious leaders. The denominations of the day, the World Council of Churches of the day, cried and begged for the murder of Christ. So it is today.

Two seeds on earth today. To seeds in the church today. And they will be together till the harvest. There will be serpent’s seed in the midst of the church until the very end. They will be the ones who betray the foolish virgins to the beast. Did you realize that? The make believers are the Judas type and just as Judas sold out Jesus so will these sell out the church. They are reprobate from the beginning seeking to make merchandise of the flock. And they will smile and shake your hand and call you brother and stab you in the back for a dime. The make believers hate the believers. We just read that. They hate you! They will murder your soul in every way they can. They will tell you lies, tempt you away, tell you that you are fine when you are not fine, tell you that if you believe the message then you are bride. The church believes the message too! So does the devil himself; he believes and trembles.

That is why the foolish virgins have no oil, the make believers conned them out of it. It is the make believers attempt to kill them.

1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works wee evil and his brother’s righteous. 13 Marvel not, my brethren, if the world hate you.

Marvel not if the world hate you. If the religious world is on your side then that is a sign you need to repent. Which of the prophets were accepted by the world? The world hates the children of God because the spirit in them hates the spirit in you. The world hates the children of God because the spirit in you condemns the spirit in them. Can we take it a little stronger? Can we take a little spiritual meat?

The religious world hates the children of God because the devil that dwells in and possesses them hates Jesus Christ who dwells in and possesses you. I’ll just wait a second for everyone to swallow.

1 John 4: 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby  know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

This message, this revealed word of God is not for them. It will never be revealed to them in this age of grace. It is only for the Elect. And it is the revelation of God through the Holy Spirit that gives us victory over the devil. Without the Holy Spirit there is no victory. Who is in you? Somebody is. Is it the spirit of God? If not then there is still time today to get oil in your lamps. What stops us from getting the Holy Spirit? What prevents the filling? Why are the foolish virgins without oil? Something must be preventing it.

St. John 14: 17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you and shall be in you.

Whom the world cannot receive. There it is. Are you holding onto something worldly? Is there some Babylonian garment in your house? Search it out! Examine yourselves!

If there is anything of the world in us then we cannot receive the Holy Spirit.

Let me say that again, don’t miss this.

If there is anything of the world in us then we cannot receive the Holy Spirit.

The Bible calls for a total separation from worldliness. Abraham was told to separate himself. And God never spoke to him again until he had done it. He took his father along and he took Lot along. Eventually God saw it was time to deal with Abraham so He allowed a little trouble. He allowed a little trouble to enter Abraham’s camp. Why? Not to punish Abraham but to chastise him, to give him a little spanking so he would wake up and obey the voice of God. God said separate and he had not done it, so God allowed fighting between his men and lots men and then Abraham smartened up and separated himself from worldliness. Then God spoke to him.

62-0506 – Possessing All Things – William Branham

45 Now, one day Abraham had it kind of rough, and Lot having it easy, wading in sin. How easy it is and how pleasing sin looks to be, and how innocent it looks to be. Now, if Lot says this, “As long as I believe! I believe in God, so why can’t I go down here in Sodom, and—and it’ll be all right. I’m a believer.” But it wasn’t all right. 46 See, God, when He called Abraham, He called him to separate himself from everything. And that’s what we have to do. God calls us to a total separation from sin, “Come out from among it, be not partakers of it!” Shun it, the very appearance of evil. Separation, completely annihilated from it! Stay your distance away from it. Don’t tread upon its grounds, no matter how—how it…nice it looks.

Do you have a little trouble? That is God dealing with you. Wake up! Abraham woke up and separated himself from Lot. Then God came to him. Do you want the Holy Spirit? Do you want God to come to you? Separate yourself. Search your camp. Find that Babylonian garment and cast it out! Get rid of it! Get rid of all of it!

James 4: 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? Whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

Adultery? Friendship of the world is adultery. The Bible says so. Spiritual adultery. We are espoused to Christ. We are His bride. But we go out after the ideas and theologies and dogmas of the religious world. We go for the fashions and ideas of the world. We adulterate this blessed holy gospel! A little leaven will leaven the whole lump! You cannot mix anything with this message! The carnal church will always add or take away because they have no revelation. They will use their own understanding, inject their own ideas and reject the revelation. And they are absolutely sure that they are right and will persecute the true spiritual church in the process. They are smart. Don’t try to argue with them they will eat you alive. But you stay with this word and this word alone and they will be dumbfounded. The Bible says so. Two seeds. One called and predestinated for eternal life and the other predestinated for judgment. Look at what Jesus said of it.

St. John 17:9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine.

“I pray not for the world”. What a word. Not for the world but only for the elect. He came to redeem Adam’s race, not the serpent’s seed, they are un-redeemable. The serpent’s seed was never even supposed to exist. It is hybrid. The Bible forbids hybrids. It calls them an abomination. Think about that. The serpent’s seed are an abomination to God. Their very existence on earth is an abomination to God. Yet even though they are an abomination He still offers them mercy. And they spit in His face and laugh. Darkness cannot comprehend light.

Video Sermon – And the Darkness Comprehended it Not

St. John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Jesus is the light of the world. So without Jesus, the Holy Spirit we have no light at all. We will have an intellectual understanding, a carnal education and be completely spiritually blind and not know it. We can memorize the Bible and learn every quote by heart but without revelation we are in complete darkness. This is Laodicea. The church is wretched, blind, miserable, naked and doesn’t even know it. She thinks she has it all. She thinks she has the message. (Just as the denominations think they have the word, when all they have is the letter.) She thinks she is walking in the glorious light of Jesus Christ and is completely in darkness.

The Message without Revelation is a Dead Letter.

The letter kills but the Spirit brings life. They will quote line after line of the message and miss it in the Word and Spirit of Revelation. They will quote the letter of the Bible and refuse the revelation of the message on it. Do you know that in order to defend any doctrine that is contrary to the Message of the Hour that the Lord God sent through his vindicated Prophet and Messenger, William Branham, you will first have to explain away the Scripture? The Message is the Revelation of the Scripture, so every word of the Message is from the Word of God. Watch for it! For a dogma to be contrary to the Message it ABSOLUTELY MUST be contrary to the Bible and thus they will have to explain away Bible scripture in order to defend the dogma.

St. John 14: 26 But the comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

The Holy Spirit. The Word of God. The message points us to the Word. When we hear the message we have to go back to the Word to see where God said it. It is the same for every preacher. When you hear a sermon you have to go back to the Word and get your own revelation of it. If you just take my word for what I am saying here then all you have is the intellectual understanding of what a man said and tomorrow someone smarter will come along and convince you right out of it. You can quote me till you are blue in the face and the devil will just laugh at you. But go to that original Word Seed and get the revelation on it from the Holy Spirit that was sent to us through the Message, and the devil will tremble just to look at you. Quote the Prophet and the devil will laugh at you, find where the Prophet found it in the scripture and get the same revelation on it that he did and it will be a completely different story. Victory! Power!

Matthew 16: 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.

Peter did not take another man’s opinion on it. He didn’t quote what some other fellow or one of the other apostles said. He got the revelation from God. He had “thus saith the Lord”. And all the devils out of hell cannot stand against it. Everyone else had some wishy-washy interpretation. Some said he was Elias. Some said one of the prophets, but Peter had the Supernatural Holy Ghost Revelation. He had the goods. He was solid as a rock on who Jesus was because he had the Rock of Revelation. Who do we say that Jesus is?

Mark 16: 15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned. 17 And these sighs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils: they shall speak with new tongues; 18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Preach the gospel. Not the gospel and. Not the gospel except. The gospel, the whole gospel and nothing but the gospel and God will vindicate that gospel, and your faith in that gospel, with signs, wonders and miracles. That is why Paul said I come in fear and trembling determined to know nothing save Jesus Christ and Him crucified. That is the word of God. Get that revelation. Get separated from the world, from the dogmas, from the ideas, from the fashion of this world, and get into Christ. The Message of the Hour is the Gospel of Jesus Christ!

St. John 7: 38 He that believeth on me, as the scriptures hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water, 39(But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

Rivers of living water shall flow. Get that revelation and you will spew out rivers of living water. Once the Word is revealed to you it will give you life and give you life to give to others. Not just a drop or two but rivers of living water. And no man will stop it. As Christ was that rock in the desert that Israel drank from so are we to this gentile generation. We are the only Bible most people will read. The rock in the desert watered two million people plus all of their animals. We are to water over Seven Billion people today!

The only presence of God in the earth today is in His Bride.

Let that sink in real deep. The only presence of God in the earth today is in His Bride. He is not in the church today. The Bible says that He is on the outside of the church in this age. He is not in the world and never has been, He is not in the church, not in the world, not in the denominations, and not even in Israel for he will not turn to them until after he is done with us(Romans 11). So He is in the Bride and in her alone. That’s another tough piece of meat that we’ll expand on in a minute.

2 Thesalonians 2: 7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8 and then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: 9 Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, 10 and with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie; 12 that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Already in Paul’s time it was working. Already in the first church age God saw fault. Already in the beginning when everything was fresh and new the devil was sneaking in. What about today. The Bride, filled with the Holy Spirit, is the only presence of God on earth and when she is gone there will be no God in the gentile world. The light will go out completely at the Rapture.

When the Bride leaves the whole world will be in complete spiritual darkness!

Daniel 12: 9 And he said go thy way Daniel: for the words are closed up an sealed till the time of the end. 10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

Do you think the world is crazy now? Do you think the world is evil now? Just wait until God is completely removed from it. The verse we just read says that the presence of the Holy Spirit in the Bride is the only sanity and control and when she is gone the Wicked on will have full reign.

Just as in Moses’ day Israel was in light and all of Egypt was in utter darkness. It was so dark they gnawed their tongues for pain and they didn’t dare move a muscle. When the bride leaves there will be zero revelation, zero understanding of the Word of God. When the Bride leaves there will be ZERO love, ZERO compassion, ZERO mercy on earth. If you think the world is cruel now, wait for it. They will still preach it, they will still point to the rapture, but in complete darkness with no understanding. They, for the most part, are already in that condition. Hundreds of millions have already received the Mark of the Beast and don’t know it. And the persecution of the foolish virgins will be an evil never before imagined.

They have not received the love of the truth so they are sent a strong delusion that they would believe a lie. We all have our own Kadesh Barnea. We will all be brought to a place where we have to make a final choice between the Word and the world. And if we choose the world then our eyes are blinded forever to the truth.

2 Corinthians 4: 3 But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: 4 In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Their minds are blind. Forever! The light is still shining yet they cannot see it. The god of this world, Satan, has blinded their minds to the truth. They have sinned away their day of grace. The time has come when they cannot endure sound doctrine but heap to themselves preachers having itching ears. The church is full of back patters. Telling you what your flesh wants to hear. Telling you that if you believe the Message you are Bride. That is not true.

If you LIVE the Message you are Bride.

Oh and the doctrine of Balaam is binding up the tares to be burned. The pope is meeting with the Muslims. The WCC is meeting with the Muslims. The WCC is meeting with the G8 and the IMF and the WTO and the World Bank is brokering the deal for the pope. They are preaching that we all worship the same God but in different ways. Balaam! And that Wicked one will sweep them into his fold and they will all be bound up for the fire. The International Atomic Energy Association put out a report last week that says that on top of the nine countries that already have nuclear weapons they expect another 30 countries to have nukes in the next couple of years. The tares are bound and the match is lit. Get into Christ today! Get your lamps filled today!

1 Thes 5:3 For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child, and they shall not escape 4 But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.

We are at the end. It has been said for a long time. The difference is now we have run out of prophecy to fulfill. Did you realize that? In the past we would say oh there are a few things left but that could all happen in a couple of days at today’s rate. There is nothing left. We are done. We have arrived. They are getting ready to say peace and safety. Russia is running out of oil. They are finding oil is Israel now. We are at the very end. Do you see this Message? Are you receiving revelation or are you depending on what your church believes or what your pastor says? Have you met HIM? He is here right now. He is the same yesterday today and forever. It is only for the Bride. And every member of the church is Bride material. It is just up to us to get filled.

Do you have revelation or just an intellectual understanding? Do you have the earnest? Does the spirit of God dwell in your heart? Are you filled? Get a refilling! Are you empty? Get a filling! Does someone else live in there? Get delivered and then filled! The fountain is open this morning. It only takes the twinkling of an eye.

Jesus Christ is sitting on the mercy seat as the high priest of our confession. What is your need this morning? Confess it! Speak it out! If you stay silent He will never hear you. He is not the high priest of our beliefs, he is not the high priest of our thoughts or ideas, He is the high priest of our confession. Lift up holy hands unto the Lord. Confess it! Speak it out! Lift up your voice to God!

You are here this morning because God called you and predestinated you to be here reading this post. God saw you here before the foundation of the world. You are here in this evil, sinful, adulteress world to get prepared for a perfect, holy world to come. Get prepared! Cry out to Him!  All those who call on the name of Jesus shall be saved. Receive him now. He is here, nearer to you than your own breath. Cast of all fear, all doubts and cry out to Him.

Reject the world and receive Jesus Christ today.

Get SAVED from SIN!
